MOUNTUP Full Motion TV Wall Mount for 40–85-Inch TVs, 110 lb Capacity
Product description
For a living room where the viewing seat changes between the couch and a dining area, the MOUNTUP full-motion wall mount lets you swivel and tilt a compatible TV rather than settle for one fixed viewing angle.
Its dual articulating arms extend the screen up to 13.8 inches from the wall and retract to 2.36 inches when you want it closer. The mount is designed for most flat or curved TVs from 40 to 85 inches and up to 110 lbs.

Would that range of movement suit your room better than a fixed bracket? The answer depends on your wall, TV fit, and how often you need to adjust the screen.

Where it shines

Swivel, tilt, and leveling adjustments make this mount useful when seating positions vary or glare shifts during the day. It tilts up 7° and down 8°, swivels left or right, and allows ±3° of leveling adjustment after installation. The maximum swivel angle depends on TV size, so the screen may not turn as far with every setup.
Compared with a fixed, low-profile mount, the articulating arms offer more flexibility for movie nights, gaming, or video calls from different seats. They also let you pull the TV forward when needed and push it back toward the wall afterward. Velcro cable straps are included to help keep cords together as the screen moves.

What matters most
Before choosing it, match your TV to all three listed fit requirements: a 40–85-inch screen, a weight of no more than 110 lbs, and a VESA pattern from 200x100mm to 600x400mm. VESA is the spacing between the four mounting holes on the back of the TV. The bracket is intended for 12- or 16-inch wood stud spacing, or brick and concrete walls. It is not designed for drywall alone, metal studs, or direct installation on 24-inch stud spacing.

The mount is made of steel and has dual articulating arms. The manufacturer lists a paper mounting template, bubble level, cable ties, spacers, longer screws, concrete anchors, and mounting hardware in the package. If a bracket covers a TV port, the included spacers and longer screws are intended to create room for cables. Still, buyer feedback on hardware is mixed, including reports of missing concrete anchors, so check the components before starting a concrete installation.

Buyer comments often describe the instructions and installation as straightforward, and some appreciate being able to reposition the screen. Feedback is less consistent on alignment and stability: some say the TV stays secure, while others report leaning or side-to-side wobble. These comments are worth weighing when deciding how much movement you expect to use.

How to use it
Measure the TV’s VESA hole spacing and weight, then identify the wall construction and stud spacing before planning the position. The included template and bubble level can help with placement, while the leveling adjustment offers a way to fine-tune alignment once the bracket is mounted. Follow the installation instructions for the wall type, the listed compatibility does not include drywall by itself or metal studs.

It suits you if your TV and wall meet the stated requirements and you want to change the viewing angle without choosing a fixed mount. Not the best choice if your only mounting surface is drywall alone or metal studs, or if your wood studs are spaced 24 inches apart, since those installation cases are specifically excluded.
Is it worth it?
This MOUNTUP bracket makes the most sense for a compatible TV in a room where tilt and side-to-side positioning are useful, and where the wall supports one of its listed installation methods. Its retracting arms give you more positioning options than a fixed bracket, while the weight, VESA, and wall requirements narrow which setups qualify. If your measurements match and you are comfortable following the supplied installation guidance, its movement and cable straps may be useful features, if you need a simpler fixed position or your wall falls outside the stated types and spacing, a different mounting approach is a better fit.
