Moonsea 36" x 23" Dog Crate Mat with Star Print, Non-Slip Backing

Choosing a crate mat often comes down to whether you want a dedicated surface that fits the kennel or a separate bed for lounging around the home. This Moonsea mat measures 36" x 23" and has a rectangular shape for indoor dog cages and crates. Its star print adds a playful touch, while the non-slip backing helps keep the mat from shifting on the floor.

A soft polyester top and breathable middle layer make a comfortable resting surface for dogs or cats. The mat is machine washable, so it can be refreshed as part of regular pet-area care.

Worth noting

The mat uses a three-layer construction: a 100% polyester surface, a soft, breathable middle layer, and a polyester knit backing with anti-slip material. That combination gives pets a cushioned place to settle while helping the mat stay in position on hard flooring. Its gray background and small star pattern bring a decorative detail to a crate, kennel, or indoor pet space.

The listed size is 36" x 23", and the product is recommended for large-breed dogs up to 65 pounds. It can also be used for cats. Compared with choosing a separate floor bed for a room, this rectangular crate pad is designed to provide a resting surface in a kennel or cage, its washable format also suits a spot that needs regular cleaning. Buyers often mention the appearance and washability positively, while feedback on padding and durability is mixed.

Care & maintenance

Machine washing makes routine cleanup straightforward. Follow the product care instruction to machine wash the mat, then return it to the crate or pet area once it is ready to use. Its washable design is also useful for a household where fur and everyday dirt collect on pet resting surfaces.

Usage tips

Measure the crate or intended resting area and compare it with the mat’s 36" x 23" dimensions to choose a suitable fit. Place it flat inside an indoor kennel or cage, or use it on a floor where a non-skid backing can help limit movement. The mat can also serve as a pet resting surface on furniture or a car seat, helping keep fur and dirt on a washable layer rather than directly on the surface beneath it.

Worth considering if you want a star-patterned crate pad that can be machine washed and has a non-slip bottom. The size and large-breed recommendation are useful reference points when choosing a mat for a particular dog and kennel.
