EHEYCIGA S Orthopedic Dog Bed, 44-Inch XL Egg-Crate Memory Foam, Lilac

Choosing a dog bed often comes down to whether your dog prefers room to stretch out or a cozy place to curl up. This 44-inch bed pairs a spacious sleeping area with raised bolsters on all four sides.

For dogs who benefit from cushioned support, its memory foam and egg-crate foam provide an orthopedic-style sleep surface designed to distribute support and relieve pressure.

The lilac bed is made for indoor use and combines a fleece sleeping surface, a removable washable cover, and a waterproof film between the fleece and bottom fabric.

What stands out

The 44 x 32-inch rectangular bed gives large and extra-large dogs room to settle in, while its 6.5-inch thickness creates a substantial cushioned base. Inside, memory foam and egg-crate foam work together to offer a balance of softness and support. That combination makes the bed especially relevant for older dogs who may benefit from pressure-relieving support while resting.

Four-sided bolsters add a sofa-style shape. They give dogs a place to rest their head and neck and create a snug boundary around the sleeping area. This design suits dogs who like to curl against a raised edge, while the broad center also accommodates a more stretched-out resting position.

Highlights

The sleeping surface is covered in cozy fleece, with faux linen on the sides. A waterproof film sits between the fleece surface and bottom fabric, the faux linen sides are not waterproof. This layered construction is useful for a bed that will see everyday indoor use, while keeping the surface details clear for choosing where to place it.

The removable cover closes with a zipper, so the foam insert can be taken out before washing. The bed’s 44 x 32-inch footprint is a practical choice when a smaller, more enclosed sleeping spot is not the goal. Buyers also commonly describe the bed as roomy and well padded, and appreciate the washable cover. Feedback on durability is mixed, so those comments should be treated as individual experiences rather than a guarantee.

Cleaning & care

To clean the cover, unzip it and remove the foam insert before machine washing. The foam itself is not washable. After unpacking, allow the bed 24–48 hours to expand before use. For daily care, placing it indoors keeps the bed in its recommended setting and gives your dog a dedicated cushioned resting spot.

Questions before you buy

What are the bed’s dimensions? It measures 44 inches long, 32 inches wide, and 6.5 inches thick, providing a generous rectangular sleeping area for large and extra-large dogs.

Can the bed be machine washed? The removable cover can be machine washed after you take out the foam insert. The foam insert is not washable.

Is the entire cover waterproof? The waterproof film is positioned between the fleece surface and bottom fabric. The faux linen sides are not waterproof, so the water-resistant construction does not extend across every surface.

Should you buy it?

Choose this EHEYCIGA bed if your dog needs a roomy indoor resting place with cushioned foam support and raised sides for head and neck comfort.
