Bedsure ComfyFleece XXL Dog Bed, 47 x 29-Inch Crate Mat with Washable Cover

The 25D high-density egg crate foam is designed to contour to your dog’s body and distribute weight, creating a cushioned spot for rest in a crate or at home.

A soft ComfyFleece cover adds a cozy surface, while the nonslip base helps keep the mat in place on the floor.

At 47 x 29 x 4 inches, this rectangular bed offers a defined resting area for extra-large dogs. Measure your dog and crate to choose a fit that works for your space.

What matters most

This Bedsure mat combines supportive foam with a soft, removable cover, so your dog has a dedicated place to settle down while the sleeping surface is easier to care for. The foam is described as orthopedic and is intended to ease pressure on joints by distributing weight. Its CertiPUR-US foam and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics add useful material credentials for a bed used indoors every day.

The nonslip base helps the mat stay put during ordinary use, whether it is placed inside a crate or set on a floor. Buyers frequently highlight the softness, comfort, and crate fit. Feedback on durability is mixed, so the most useful distinction is how your dog uses a bed: this mat is made for resting, not chewing, and is not chewproof.

Size & fit

The bed measures 47 inches long, 29 inches wide, and 4 inches thick, with a rectangular shape that suits many extra-large crate setups. For a crate-first purchase, compare those measurements with the crate’s usable interior space, for an open-floor bed, consider how much room your dog needs to stretch out. That makes it easier to choose between a close-fitting crate pad and a larger, less defined lounging area.

The product is intended for indoor use and lists extra-large breeds such as Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, and Giant Schnauzers among its recommendations. Individual dogs and crates vary, so measuring both helps you select a practical fit. The Coffee & Cream color and solid pattern give the mat a simple look for a home resting spot.

Getting the most from it

The cover unzips for removal and is machine washable. Wash it separately in cold water on a delicate cycle, without bleach, and tumble dry on low heat below 140°F. This gives you a straightforward way to refresh the surface after everyday use. The cover is stain-resistant, but the bed itself is not waterproof, a pee pad can help protect the cushion if accidents are a concern.

After unpacking, allow 24–72 hours for the foam to fully rebound before use. Place the mat on a clean, level surface, or inside a crate whose interior dimensions suit the bed. For puppies or dogs that chew, supervise use so the bed remains a resting place. These simple steps help make the foam bed and washable cover practical parts of a regular indoor routine.

When it makes sense

Choose this mat when you want one cushioned surface that can serve as a crate bed or an indoor lounging spot, with a removable cover for routine cleaning. Compared with choosing a general floor cushion without a specific crate footprint, the 47 x 29-inch size gives you clear dimensions to match against a crate before setting it up. Its 4-inch foam, fleece feel, and nonslip base bring comfort and a steadier placement together in one rectangular bed.

It is a considered fit for an extra-large dog that needs a dedicated resting area and for households that value easy cover care. Match the dimensions to your dog’s resting style and crate, then give the foam time to rebound after unpacking for a ready-to-use place to settle in.
