MLILY EGOHOME 12Q-COOLGEL Queen Mattress, 12-Inch Copper Gel Memory Foam

Copper gel memory foam and a graphene technology cover are designed to make the sleep surface more breathable while cushioning pressure points. Want a medium-feel mattress that also helps limit motion transfer? Its three-layer, all-foam construction brings those features together in a 12-inch Queen profile. The mattress arrives compressed and rolled for easier room-to-room setup.

Key takeaways

The MLILY EGOHOME 12Q-COOLGEL has a medium feel and a gel memory foam comfort layer. For sleepers who want contouring foam with a bit of movement isolation, its low-motion-transfer construction can help reduce the disturbance felt when a bed partner shifts. The pressure-relieving design is intended to cushion pressure points and support a more comfortable sleep posture, without promising a specific result for back pain.

Copper-infused gel memory foam and a graphene technology cover give this model a clear focus on sleep-surface comfort. The cover is described as helping disperse heat and moisture, while the foam is designed to regulate moisture, odor, and temperature. Breathability and temperature regulation are useful considerations when choosing between a basic foam mattress and one built with cooling-focused materials. The mattress is fiberglass-free, and its listed endorsements include CertiPUR-US and ICA.

The Queen measures 80 by 60 inches and is 12 inches thick, with a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds. Its three-layer foam construction offers an alternative to a traditional innerspring mattress for shoppers seeking an all-foam feel. These concrete dimensions and a medium comfort level make it easier to match the mattress to a Queen-size bed setup and preferred feel.

Care & maintenance

The mattress is shipped compressed and rolled. After unpacking and setting it in place, allow 2–12 hours for it to expand to its original shape before use. This makes the boxed format practical when moving a mattress through doorways or into a bedroom. For care, follow the stated hand-wash-only instructions, the product details do not identify a removable cover, so avoid assuming the cover can be taken off for cleaning.

Everyday use

In a shared bed, the low-motion-transfer design is intended to help limit how much movement travels across the surface. The medium feel and memory foam layer also suit a setup where cushioning and a close foam feel are priorities. For a practical example, a couple comparing foam options can weigh the contouring and motion-isolation features alongside the Queen dimensions and the cooling-focused cover materials.

Buyer feedback is varied, as comfort and temperature preferences differ. Many customers describe the mattress as comfortable and appreciate an odorless experience, while opinions on firmness, cooling, and support are mixed. Some also report that the center sinks over time. These are individual impressions rather than a guarantee of how the mattress will feel or perform in a particular bedroom.

Final verdict

This Queen mattress brings together a medium feel, copper gel memory foam, a graphene technology cover, and low motion transfer in a 12-inch all-foam design. It is a considered choice for shoppers who want a boxed Queen mattress with pressure-relieving foam and features aimed at a breathable sleep surface. Its combination of motion isolation and foam cushioning makes it especially relevant for shared-bed setups where limiting movement is part of the comfort brief.
