METOTI HLG187-BK-01 Double Tilt-Out Trash Cabinet, 2 x 13-Gallon Capacity
Product description
Some kitchens need waste storage that stays out of sight, while others prioritize easy access to drawers and surfaces. This freestanding METOTI cabinet brings those needs together with two tilt-out compartments and two drawers. Its black fluted panels add a defined look while keeping the bins behind cabinet fronts. The top also provides space for items such as a coffee maker or microwave.
Key features
Two tilt-out sections are designed to hold 13-gallon trash bins, keeping everyday waste tucked away behind closed fronts. This gives the room a more organized appearance than leaving bins exposed and makes the cabinet useful in a kitchen, dining area, laundry room, or living room. The bins themselves are not included.
Two drawers add a place for small household essentials, such as bags, towels, tissues, or other items you want close at hand. The top can serve as a surface for a coffee maker or microwave, while the black finish and fluted panels help the cabinet work as a piece of furniture rather than just a bin holder. Two hooks can be installed on either the left or right side to suit the available layout.
The cabinet is made from engineered wood and has metal handles, sliding drawer tracks, and rust-resistant hinges. Buyers often appreciate the concealed-bin design and appearance, feedback on assembly is mixed, and some have reported that the drawers do not close flush. The included step-by-step instructions and numbered components provide a guide for putting the cabinet together.
Quick sizing guide
The cabinet measures 39.37 inches wide, 13.97 inches deep, and 38.58 inches high. Its stated capacity is 2 x 13 gallons, making it a fit to consider when planning space for two bins and a wide storage surface. Measure the intended floor area and the route into the room against these dimensions before assembly. The freestanding design is intended for floor placement.
Best use cases
In a kitchen, the two tilt-out sections keep waste hidden while the drawers hold bags or other small supplies. In a laundry room, bathroom, or living room, the cabinet can also organize towels, tissues, laundry, or pet food, according to the needs of the space. The optional side hooks can help make use of the cabinet’s side, with their position chosen during setup.
Compared with an exposed-bin arrangement, this cabinet combines hidden waste storage with drawers and a usable top in one piece. That makes it especially practical when the aim is to keep everyday items together and maintain a more unified look across a multipurpose room.
