LCYFBE clear tarp for patio 6x12 FT, 8 mil PE with 20-inch grommets

Fit and sizing

At 6x12 FT, this clear polyethylene tarp gives you a broad cover for patio furniture, plants, garden areas, or a chicken coop. Its 90% transparency lets light pass through while keeping the covered area visible. The 8-mil material is waterproof, making it useful when you want outdoor protection without the fully opaque look of a traditional cover. Grommets spaced every 20 inches provide multiple points for securing it.

Use the 144-inch by 72-inch sheet to cover a defined area, then thread the included rope through the grommets or use the included zip ties to attach it. For a patio setup, it can serve as a clear barrier around outdoor furniture, in a garden, it can cover plants while allowing you to keep an eye on them. Choose a clear cover when visibility and light transmission matter, an opaque tarp is a better fit when blocking the view is the priority.

Pros

The transparent format is a practical difference for spaces where you want to see through the cover rather than hide what is underneath. That can make it easier to check plants, garden supplies, or items on a patio without removing the tarp. Its waterproof PE construction helps shield covered belongings from rain, while the reinforced edges and evenly spaced grommets give you attachment points around the perimeter.

Setup supplies are included: a 33-foot rope and 20 zip ties. You can use them to secure the tarp through its grommets for a patio, porch, pergola, garden, or other listed covering task. For a chicken coop or plant area, the clear sheet also keeps the contents visible while providing a rain barrier. The same format is suited to other listed uses such as camping, picnics, and covering outdoor furniture.

What to clarify

What size is the tarp? It measures 6x12 FT, with listed dimensions of 144 inches long by 72 inches wide. This gives you a defined coverage area to compare with the surface or items you plan to protect.

What can I use to secure it? The tarp has grommets spaced every 20 inches. A 33-foot rope and 20 zip ties are included, so you have two supplied fastening options for routing through the grommets and attaching the cover.

Can I see through it after it is installed? Yes. The tarp is described as 90% transparent, so it is designed to preserve visibility and allow light through while covering the space. That makes it useful for areas such as patios and gardens where you want a clear cover rather than an opaque screen.

Should you buy it?

This clear 6x12 FT tarp is a useful match when your priority is waterproof coverage with visibility still in view. The PE sheet, 8-mil thickness, reinforced edges, and grommets every 20 inches support practical covering and fastening, while the included rope and zip ties help you set it up for a patio, garden, plants, or chicken coop. Choose it for a defined outdoor area where a transparent cover serves the job better than an opaque tarp.
