laqibak Q104 Dog Car Seat Belt Harness, Adjustable Reflective Bungee Leash

For dog owners who want a restraint that can work in the car and as a walking leash, the laqibak Q104 combines an adjustable seat belt tether with an elastic, reflective section. Attach it at the headrest or connect it to a vehicle seat belt buckle to help keep your dog secured in a limited area while you drive.

The tether also converts for leash use, making it a flexible choice for car trips that include a walk. A 360-degree swivel hook helps reduce tangling as your dog moves.

Worth noting

This set includes two adjustable pet seat belts, each made with nylon and metal components. The adjustable length is designed for small and large pets, while the buckle lets you set the tether length for the car. Its elastic section provides give when your dog pulls, and reflective material adds visibility in low-light settings.

There are two ways to secure the tether in the vehicle: attach it to the headrest or use the seat belt buckle. The removable connection buckle supports switching between setups, and the swivel snap hook lets the tether turn as your dog shifts position. For walks, the leash function means the same item can serve beyond the ride. Want one tether for both travel and walks rather than a car-only restraint? That combination is the Q104’s defining practical advantage.

Buyers often highlight the straightforward headrest attachment, ease of adjustment, and versatility as a leash. Feedback on durability is mixed, so regular inspection of the strap, buckle, and hook is a sensible part of using any pet restraint.

Care & maintenance

Hand wash the tether. Before each trip, attach it using the headrest or seat belt buckle setup and make sure the connection is secure. Adjust the length so your dog can move within a limited area without leaving the restraint slack enough to tangle. Check the hardware and strap periodically, especially after the leash has also been used outdoors.

Everyday use

For a drive, fasten the tether at the chosen vehicle attachment point and connect the swivel hook to your dog’s harness. The adjustable strap helps set the amount of movement available in the seat area, while the elastic section adds flexibility when your dog shifts or pulls. As with other car restraints, connect it to a harness rather than attaching it to a collar.

At a stop, detach or reconfigure the tether for leash use. Its reflective detail is useful for evening walks, and the swivel hook helps keep the leash from twisting as you move. Compared with a fixed, car-only tether, this design offers a second role on foot, a dedicated walking leash may suit someone who wants a separate accessory for that purpose.

Final verdict

The laqibak Q104 is suited to dog owners looking for an adjustable car tether with more than one attachment setup and a leash function for stops along the way. Its two-piece set, reflective elastic section, and rotating hook make it a practical fit for everyday trips that combine time in the car with short walks.
