PHOEPET CP3200 No-Pull Dog Harness, Reflective Mint Green Vest with Handle

Dogs that dislike having a harness pulled over their heads can benefit from a design that opens around the body. The PHOEPET CP3200 has three quick-release buckles, so you can put it on and take it off without lifting it over your dog’s head. This medium vest pairs a mint green base with gray straps and reflective material for walks in changing light.

A padded handle on the back gives you a practical way to guide your dog close or assist them into a car. Adjustable straps at the neck and chest help you tailor the fit for everyday outings.

What to know

The CP3200 combines breathable air mesh with soft sponge padding and a durable Oxford surface. That vest-style construction adds a cushioned layer between the harness and your dog, while the back handle offers a useful point of control when you need to keep your companion nearby. Metal clips and a metal D-ring complete the harness’s walking setup.

Reflective material adds visibility when a walk continues into dimmer conditions. It does not replace a leash or attentive handling, but it’s a helpful detail for neighborhood routes where being easier to see matters. The adjustable design has four straps—two at the neck and two at the chest—and the three buckles make it an alternative to harnesses that must be lifted over a dog’s head.

Getting the most from it

This listing is the medium size in mint green with gray straps. The four adjustment points let you set the neck and chest areas separately, which helps personalize the fit rather than relying on a single adjustment. Take time to position the harness comfortably and make sure it sits securely before heading out, customer feedback on fit and adjustability is mixed, so careful setup is worthwhile.

Buyers also praise the harness’s appearance, easy on-and-off design, and bright color, while reports about durability and how securely it stays in place vary. Those differing experiences make a good fit especially important. For care, hand wash the harness.

Usage tips

Use the back handle when you need a closer hold during a walk or when helping your dog into a car. For a regular neighborhood outing, attach the leash to the harness’s metal connection point and use the reflective details as an added visibility feature in lower light. The padded mesh lining suits routine wear, while the buckle layout can be especially useful for dogs that resist having gear pulled over their heads.

Compared with a simple collar-based walking setup, this harness offers a padded vest, adjustable neck and chest straps, and a handle for close guidance. Its opening buckles also provide a different approach from over-the-head harnesses. Hand washing is the stated care method.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you’re looking for a medium dog harness with an easy-on buckle design, a soft padded lining, and a handle for added control during walks or car entry. The reflective mint green and gray vest brings those practical details together in one distinctive color combination, making it a fitting choice for everyday outings where adjustability and a convenient way to guide your dog are priorities.
