KYODOLED GT-CBK-M-BLACK Small Metal Lock Box with Key, Removable Tray

Some storage needs are about sorting coins and cash for a sale, others call for keeping medication, receipts, or small personal items together at home. This KYODOLED lock box brings both needs into one compact, two-level design, with a removable coin tray and a built-in carrying handle.

Its key lock offers basic privacy, and the two included keys provide a spare for everyday access. The black steel box suits a desk, dorm room, or small-business setup.

Key points

The removable upper tray has five compartments for organizing coins and small bills, so cash is easier to sort during a yard sale, flea market, or other small-business activity. Lift the tray out when you need the full interior for larger items. The lower compartment gives you a separate place for checks, receipts, keys, or small valuables, keeping them apart from loose change.

A built-in handle makes the box practical to carry between storage and a work area. Its key-operated lock is designed for basic privacy around petty cash, medication, or children’s keepsakes. Two keys are included, allowing you to keep a backup available. Buyers often highlight the box’s size, sturdy feel, and appearance, feedback on the locking mechanism and long-term durability is mixed, with some reporting smooth use and others mentioning sticking or breakage.

Tips for day-to-day use

Choose the tray arrangement around what you store most often: use its compartments to separate coins and small bills, or remove it to make more room below. Keep receipts and checks in the lower area so they stay apart from loose change. For a portable cash setup, place the box where you can reach it during a sale or at a small-business counter, then use the key lock when you want basic privacy between uses.

How to use it

Unlock the box with one of its keys and use the removable tray to organize coins and small bills by compartment. Store checks, receipts, keys, or other small items in the lower space. If an item needs more room, lift out the tray and use the space beneath it. When you’re ready to close the box, use the key lock, keep the second key in a separate, accessible place as a backup.

At home, the two-level layout can help keep medication or small personal items together while separating them from everyday clutter. For a yard sale or flea market, the handle and divided tray make the box useful as a portable place to organize cash. It also works for keeping small keepsakes or pocket money in a dorm or office.
