The three-number combination can be changed, giving you a personalized code for opening the box. Rounded corners and steel construction suit regular handling, and the removable tray lets you separate coins from the larger items stored below. Compared with an open cash tray or desk organizer, this box adds a closable storage option for cash-handling supplies while keeping coins in their own compartments.

Usage tips

Set the combination before putting the box into regular use. To open it, align the dials at 0-0-0 and turn the knob to the unlock position. To set a new code, move the lock slot from A to the side and then up to B, set your chosen three digits with each number centered on its dial, then move the slot back from B to A. Keep the selected code available to the people who need to access the cash box.

For a yard sale, school activity, or small business counter, the divided tray can help keep coins sorted while bills and checks stay underneath. The handle is useful when the box needs to move between storage and a work surface. Its freestanding, tabletop format also suits a cabinet or locker where a compact place for cash and receipts is helpful.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the five tray compartments to group coins by type or denomination, and lift out the tray when you need access to bills, checks, or receipts beneath it. Returning coins to their assigned compartments after handling can keep the contents easier to sort for the next transaction. When moving the box, use its handle and close it with the combination lock engaged. The design is intended for organizing and storing small cash-handling items, so it works well as a dedicated spot rather than mixing coins and paperwork into a general drawer.

When it makes sense

Choose this medium cash box when you want coin organization and space for bills in one portable container. Its changeable three-number combination, removable five-compartment tray, and storage area underneath serve different parts of a simple cash routine without requiring a separate coin organizer. It is a practical fit for keeping receipts, checks, and cash together at home, during a yard sale, or in a school or supermarket setting. If your priority is a manageable box for sorting coins and storing related items on a tabletop or in a cabinet, this green xydled model brings those tasks into one compact setup.
