Joypony 6 oz PPSU Weighted Straw Cup, Green, Leak-Resistant

Tech summary

For water breaks at home, on the go, or during a child’s daily routine, the Joypony cup pairs a weighted straw with a lidded, leak-resistant design. The gravity ball at the straw’s end helps little ones sip from different angles, including while lying down, while the soft silicone straw is gentle on delicate gums.

Its green, 6 oz cup is made from BPA-free PPSU. A four-layer anti-leak design helps contain spills when the cup is turned over, and the lid folds back 180 degrees and locks in place to stay away from a child’s face during drinking.

Practical tips

The wide neck and simple assembly make the cup straightforward to fill and take apart for cleaning. With fewer parts to manage, it fits naturally into a regular wash-up routine. The straw’s V-shaped valve supports a smooth flow of water, and the replaceable straw design gives you a practical way to refresh the drinking part over time.

PPSU is described as heat resistant and suitable for repeated high-temperature sterilization, which can be useful for families who include sterilizing in their bottle-care routine. The cup is also designed to withstand multiple falls without breaking, a helpful consideration as toddlers practice holding and using a cup independently. The straw is not suitable for children under 6 months.

Compared with an open training cup, a lidded straw cup offers a contained way to practice sipping during everyday activities. For a child learning to drink independently, the weighted straw, soft silicone mouthpiece, and lid that locks back each serve a practical role without adding a complicated drinking mechanism.

What you get

The set includes one green, 6 oz Joypony PPSU cup and two silicone straws. The straw format makes it suitable for water at home or for everyday outings such as school and outdoor activities. Its compact capacity offers a child-sized option to keep nearby for regular drink breaks, while the lid helps keep the drinking setup together between sips.

The cup is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, so the straw and other parts can be taken apart as part of cleaning. The wide opening also makes access to the cup interior easier during routine washing. For caregivers looking for a reusable cup with a replaceable straw, the included pair provides a useful spare for continued use.
