JOYO JA-02 II 5W Mini Guitar Amp with Bluetooth 5.0 and Clean/Overdrive

Everyday use

Switch between clean and overdrive sounds to practice different parts, then adjust gain, tone, and volume to shape your playing. For a backing track, pair a smartphone or tablet over Bluetooth, or connect an audio source to the AUX input. Bluetooth and AUX are separate ways to bring in audio and cannot be used at the same time. The headphone output supports quiet practice when you want to keep the sound to yourself.

With a built-in rechargeable battery rated for up to 6 hours of playtime, the JA-02 II can serve as a compact practice setup away from a wall outlet. It’s a practical alternative to carrying a larger combo amp when the goal is personal practice rather than a large-stage setup. Compared with a speaker that simply plugs into a guitar, this amp adds clean and overdrive channels plus dedicated tone and gain controls.

Buyers often appreciate the portable format, rechargeable power, and Bluetooth pairing for practice and playing along with audio. Feedback on sound quality is mixed, so the clearest reason to choose this model is its combination of compact practice features and flexible audio connections.

What you get

The listed contents are the JOYO guitar combo amp and a charging cable. The amp’s Bluetooth connection handles wireless playback, while its 3.5mm AUX input provides a wired option. Use whichever suits the session, keeping in mind that the two audio input methods do not operate simultaneously.

Is it worth it?

The JA-02 II brings the essentials for personal guitar practice together in one small amp: clean and overdrive channels, gain and tone controls, playback through Bluetooth or AUX, and a headphone output. Its rechargeable battery adds flexibility for practice around the home or while traveling. For players who want a dedicated, portable practice amp with ways to play along to audio, rather than a larger setup intended for a stage, those features make the JOYO a focused choice.
