JOEJOY XL Orthopedic Dog Bed, 42-Inch Oval Bolster, Memory Foam, Gray
Product description
At 42 x 32 x 7.5 inches, the JOEJOY XL dog bed gives large dogs a roomy place to stretch out or curl up. Its oval shape pairs a soft, fish-scale-patterned sleep surface with a full 360° bolster, creating a cushioned edge for dogs that like to lean or rest their head while they settle in.
Inside, egg-crate foam and memory foam provide orthopedic-style cushioning. A waterproof inner liner helps protect the foam from spills and everyday moisture, while the removable cover can go in the washing machine after the foam insert is taken out.

The supportive foam base and surrounding bolster offer two distinct resting surfaces: an open center for stretching out and raised sides for curling up or leaning. Compared with a flat mattress-style bed, this design adds a cushioned perimeter, that makes it a practical choice for dogs that prefer a more enclosed place to rest. The non-slip bottom helps keep the bed in place on smooth floors such as hardwood or tile.
How to use it
Place the bed indoors on a level surface where your dog can settle comfortably. It is designed for large dogs, with space to lie down or curl up and bolstered sides to lean against. The bed ships vacuum-packed, after opening, allow up to 6 hours for it to expand.
For routine cleaning, remove the foam insert and machine-wash the outer cover. Keep the foam out of the washing machine. The waterproof inner liner helps shield the foam from moisture, while the removable cover makes it easier to care for the sleep surface.
Buyer feedback often highlights the bed’s roomy size, appearance, and washable cover, with some owners also appreciating it for older dogs. Comments on thickness vary, and some buyers report zipper durability issues. These are useful points to keep in mind when choosing a bed with a removable cover and a cushioned, bolstered design.
