The three-sided bolster gives your dog a raised edge to rest its head and neck against, while the open side makes it easy to settle in. That wraparound shape creates a more enclosed resting area than a flat mat, which can suit dogs that like to curl up or lean against a cushion. The quilted sleeping surface adds texture to the bed, and its gray finish fits naturally into a living room, bedroom, or dog crate.
Who it’s for
This bed is designed with large and giant dogs in mind, including senior dogs and pets that prefer a soft, supportive place to lounge. The bolster sides offer a comfortable boundary for dogs that like to curl up, the broad sofa-style surface also gives them room to lie down. For a dog that typically settles on a simple flat pad, this design adds a raised head-and-neck rest and a softer, more enclosed feel.
Buyers often praise the plush feel, thickness, and ease of washing, and many say their dogs enjoy the bed. Feedback on sizing is mixed, so compare the bed’s measurements with your dog’s usual resting space. Reviews also vary on durability, making regular care of the cover and bed part of keeping the sleeping area in good condition.
What’s included
The bed includes egg-crate foam. It arrives vacuum-sealed, open it and allow 24–48 hours for it to expand before use. For a better fit in a crate or chosen resting area, measure that space and your dog after the bed has fully settled. The maker recommends measuring your dog from the widest point to the widest point.
The cover unzips for machine washing. Use cold water on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low heat. This removable design makes it practical to refresh the sleeping surface without washing the entire bed.
Practical questions
How should I clean the bed? Unzip and remove the cover, machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low heat.
How long should the bed expand before use? Leave it open for 24–48 hours after unpacking so it can expand before your dog uses it.
What does the bolster design offer? The three raised sides give your dog cushioned edges to lean against and rest its head or neck, while the sofa shape provides an open area for lying down.
