Jelanry Phone Case for iPhone 16 Plus

Technical details

This Jelanry case is made for the iPhone 16 Plus, identified in the listing as the 6.7-inch model. Its dual-layer construction pairs a hard PC inner shell with a TPU outer cover, with extra attention to the corners. The purple-and-rose two-tone design has textured side strips for grip, a cover for the USB-C port, and holes for attaching a crossbody strap.

The cutouts are described as aligned with the phone’s speakers, buttons, and camera. That model-specific fit matters: this case is not listed as compatible with other phone models, and the product information explicitly says it does not support MagSafe. A screen protector is not included. There are no case dimensions listed, so buyers comparing dimensions should avoid assuming a fit without that measurement.

Getting the most from it

It makes sense if you want a more protective-feeling cover for a commute, school day, or outdoor outing, and you like having the option to attach a strap. Picture taking the phone out for a walk while keeping the USB-C port covered from dust, then holding it with the textured sides when your hands are busy. The port cover and added grip address everyday nuisances, they do not make the phone waterproof or guarantee it will survive every drop.

The strap holes are useful if you already have a compatible strap, but the listing does not say that a strap comes in the package. Likewise, the case’s two-layer build adds protection-focused structure, while someone looking for a slim cover or a MagSafe-compatible setup will need a different style. Not the best choice if MagSafe charging or accessory attachment is a requirement.

Usage tips

Check the phone’s model name in Settings before ordering and match it to iPhone 16 Plus, the listing warns that this case will not fit other models. During installation, line up the camera, buttons, and speakers rather than forcing the shell into place. The product description mentions an included manual or an instructional video on the product page, which may help if the fit feels unfamiliar.

Keep the USB-C port cover clear when connecting a cable, and make sure it closes afterward if you want the port shielded from dust and debris. If you plan to use the strap holes, confirm your strap attachment works with them before relying on it for carrying. The listing does not specify a case size, weight, or drop-test rating, so it is difficult to compare those details with a more precisely documented rugged case.

Practical doubts

Will it fit an iPhone other than the 16 Plus? The product information says it is designed exclusively for iPhone 16 Plus and is not compatible with other models. Check the model name in Settings before choosing it.

Does it work with MagSafe? No. The listing specifically says it is not compatible with MagSafe, so choose another case if that feature is essential.

Does it include a screen protector or crossbody strap? A screen protector is not included. Strap holes are built into the case, but the listing does not confirm that a strap comes with it.

Buying verdict

Choose this case if your phone is an iPhone 16 Plus and your priorities are a dual-layer cover, a dust cover for the USB-C port, textured sides, and the option to attach a strap. The purple-and-rose finish also gives it a more distinctive look than a plain single-color cover. Skip it if you need MagSafe, a screen protector in the box, or confirmed dimensions and drop-test details before buying, those needs are not covered by the available product information.
