IHOUONE 12 filters Cat Fountain Filter Set with 12 Carbon and 12 Foam Filters

Keep a compatible cat fountain ready for everyday use with this IHOUONE replacement filter set. It includes 12 carbon filters and 12 foam filters. The multi-stage design catches hair and debris while helping reduce odors and soften water.

Strengths

The filtration layers serve different purposes. High-density cotton helps trap loose hair and debris, while ion-exchange resin helps soften the water. Activated carbon helps reduce odors, supporting fresher-tasting water at your cat’s fountain. A black foam filter also helps keep fine particles and hair from entering the pump, supporting steady water flow.

Compared with a basic replacement that relies on a single filtration material, this set combines cotton, resin, and carbon in a layered approach. That makes it a practical choice when you want replacement filters that address visible debris as well as water odor. Buyers commonly describe the filters as a good fit and easy to change, useful qualities when keeping a fountain in regular rotation.

Key points

The set contains 12 carbon filters and 12 foam filters for compatible stainless steel pet fountains from IHOUONE, GIOTOHUN, HOOISE, ATMZIQXR, UMOCUOY, and KOOGMOON. Check your fountain’s brand and filter shape against this compatibility list before choosing replacements, since the filters are intended for those fountain lines.

For a multi-cat home, having replacement pieces on hand can make routine fountain upkeep easier to plan. For example, when a filter is due for a change, you can prepare the replacement and refresh the fountain rather than continue using a worn filter. The carbon and foam pieces provide distinct parts of the filtration setup: carbon addresses odors, while foam helps intercept hair and fine particles before they reach the pump.

How to take care of it

Before installing a filter, activate it by soaking it in water for 5 minutes. Replace filters every 2–4 weeks to maintain the intended filtration routine. Regular replacement is especially helpful in a fountain that sees daily use, where hair and other debris can accumulate as water circulates. Follow the soaking and replacement steps as part of your usual fountain cleaning schedule.
