Hipubby Dog Harness Set, Small

For owners of small dogs or cats who want a matching harness and leash for everyday walks, this Hipubby set combines a step-in vest with a 5-foot leash. The S size is listed for a neck girth of 11.5–13 inches and a chest girth of 14.5–16.5 inches, so fit depends on both measurements rather than the size label alone.

Getting ready is straightforward: guide your pet’s paws through the openings, then fasten the Velcro straps. That quick routine can be useful when you’re heading out for a short neighborhood walk and don’t want to pull a harness over your pet’s head.

Getting the most from it

Measure your pet’s neck and chest and compare both figures with the S size guide before ordering. A harness that feels secure at the chest but sits poorly at the neck may not be a comfortable fit, and the product details don’t provide a separate adjustment range. If either measurement is uncertain, choosing without that measurement makes fit harder to judge.

The soft, breathable air mesh is intended to feel lightweight and flexible, while its moisture-wicking description may appeal for regular walks. Reflective strips run around the harness and leash for visibility in low light, they can help your pet stand out, but they don’t replace a light or attentive handling after dark. The leash has a padded handle for a more comfortable grip.

Why it’s worth it

The appeal is convenience: one set gives you a step-in harness and matching leash, rather than requiring you to pick those pieces separately. You’ll appreciate it if quick on-and-off dressing and a coordinated walking set matter more than a harness with a more involved fit system. If you prioritize a simple routine, the paw-through design is an easy detail to picture in daily use.

There is a tradeoff. This is a Velcro-fastened mesh vest, and the description doesn’t explain a distinct mechanism that controls pulling. The “no pull” wording alone doesn’t establish how it will handle a dog that regularly strains at the leash. If you prefer a harness with a more adjustable or specialized control setup, that may be a better direction to explore. Better avoided if your pet falls outside the listed S measurements or needs a fit that can be fine-tuned beyond the details provided.

The essentials

The set includes a step-in harness and a 5-foot leash. The harness is made from soft, breathable air mesh, described as lightweight, flexible, tear-resistant, and moisture-wicking. Velcro straps secure the vest, and reflective strips are included on both pieces. The leash handle is padded and described as non-slip.

Those features make the set most relevant for routine walks with a pet whose measurements match the S guide. The listing also names small and medium dogs and cats, but this particular size is still defined by its neck and chest measurements, the broader wording doesn’t mean every small or medium pet will fit. The product details don’t give a weight range or explain how much the straps can be adjusted, so the measurements are the clearest basis for choosing.

Buying verdict

Choose this Hipubby set if your pet’s neck and chest fit the S chart and you want a lightweight mesh vest, reflective details, and a matching leash in one purchase. It makes practical sense for short everyday outings where quick dressing is useful. Skip it if the measurements don’t line up, if you need clearly documented adjustability, or if your main concern is managing strong leash pulling—the available details don’t establish that this vest will provide specialized control.
