Fragralley TC2021 Dog Coat with Built-In Harness, Waterproof Fleece Lining

A cold, rainy walk is easier to plan when your dog’s coat and harness are combined. The Fragralley TC2021 is a purple, fleece-lined dog jacket with an integrated harness, designed for winter outings and activities such as hiking and camping.

A zipper helps with dressing, while four adjustment buckles let you tailor the fit. Reflective strips are included for visibility, and the coat has a warm fur collar.

This listing is for the X-Small size. Because customer feedback on fit is mixed, especially around the neck and chest, sizing deserves attention before choosing this version.

Highlights

The main appeal is having a coat and walking harness in one garment rather than layering a separate harness over a basic jacket. Two heavy-duty D-rings provide leash attachment points, and the product details also list a buckle closure and zipper. This setup may suit short daily walks or colder-weather outings where reducing the number of separate items is useful.

The coat is made from polyester and described as waterproof, with the fabric rated at 1,000mm H2O. Reflective strips are described as visible up to 1,000 feet. Those details may be useful for wet-weather walks and low-light conditions, but the visibility figure is a product claim rather than a guarantee for every setting. The fleece lining and fur collar are intended for warmth around the body and neck.

Customer feedback often highlights warmth, ease of putting the coat on, and the convenience of the built-in harness. Fit comments are less consistent: some buyers like the adjustment, while others report that the neck or chest runs large. You’ll appreciate it if you want an integrated coat-and-harness design, It may not suit you if you need a fit that can be selected from a detailed measurement chart, which isn’t included in the provided product details.

Cleaning & care

The care information is unclear: it lists both “Hand Wash Only” and “Machine Wash.” Since those instructions conflict, check the garment’s care label before washing rather than assuming either method is approved. The listed fabric is polyester, but no drying instructions are provided.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the adjustment points to set the neck and body fit, then check that the coat stays comfortably in place before attaching a leash to the D-rings. The quick-zip design is intended to make dressing straightforward, and a buckle is listed alongside the zipper. For a walk in rain or snow, the waterproof fabric and warm lining match the stated use, for a different harness setup, a simple coat without an integrated harness may be the more flexible choice.

Before you decide

What size is this listing? It is the X-Small version. The available details do not provide body measurements, so the size label alone may not resolve fit for every dog.

Can it be used with a leash? The coat has two D-rings and a built-in harness. The product details describe them as leash attachment points.

How should it be washed? The care listing names both hand washing and machine washing. Because it does not give one consistent instruction, follow the label on the coat.

Should you buy it?

Choose the Fragralley TC2021 if you want a winter dog coat with an integrated harness, reflective details, and a fleece lining in an X-Small size. Its main trade-off is fit uncertainty: feedback differs on the neck and chest, and the supplied details do not include measurements. If you need precise sizing guidance or prefer choosing a coat and harness separately, another style may be easier to evaluate.
