Highwings Ultra High Speed 8K HDMI 2.1 Cable, 3.3 ft, 48Gbps Braided

How to use it

Connect an HDMI source to a TV, monitor, or projector with this 3.3-foot cable. Its male-to-male HDMI connectors suit a direct link between devices such as a gaming console and display, Blu-ray player and TV, or computer and monitor. For a home theater setup, it can also connect compatible equipment such as an amplifier or soundbar. The short length works well when those components sit close together, helping keep a desk or entertainment center organized.

Why it’s worth it

The cable supports up to 48Gbps bandwidth, with 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz among its listed video formats. That gives compatible displays and sources the connection capacity for high-resolution viewing and high-refresh-rate gaming. HDMI 2.1 features include VRR and ALLM, while eARC supports compatible audio setups. HDR 10+, HDCP 2.2 and 2.3, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X are also listed, making this a versatile link for a modern TV, console, and sound system.

Its braided exterior adds a distinct finish, and the compact 3.3-foot length is useful for nearby components rather than long runs across a room. Buyers often praise the picture and sound quality, sturdy feel, and length. Feedback on durability and connectivity is mixed, so those impressions are best understood as individual experiences, not a guarantee of results.

What matters most

Choose this cable when your setup needs HDMI 2.1 features and the source and display are positioned close together. Compared with choosing a basic cable mainly for a standard connection, this one emphasizes 48Gbps bandwidth, high-resolution and high-refresh-rate formats, and features such as VRR, ALLM, and eARC. It is listed for TVs, gaming consoles, monitors, laptops, PCs, projectors, amplifiers, speakers, soundbars, and media players. Compatibility with a particular feature depends on the connected devices supporting it as well.

For example, place a console beside a TV and use the cable to connect them for compatible 4K at 120Hz gaming. In a separate setup, it can link a Blu-ray player to a display, or connect HDMI equipment as part of a soundbar or amplifier arrangement. The braided cable is black and designed for indoor use.
