HARRIS GL61B0750489 12% Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide, 128 oz Multi-Surface Cleaner

Its 12% concentrated hydrogen peroxide formula is designed for cleaning across the home, so one product can serve several household tasks. The 128 oz container includes an easy-fill funnel. It is bleach-free, and the product is not intended for pesticidal use. Because buyers report skin and eye burning, treat the concentration as a reason to follow the product directions carefully.

Best use cases

This cleaner is intended for laundry, carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors, and outdoor surfaces. That range makes it relevant if you want a single concentrate for different cleaning jobs rather than a separate specialty cleaner for every surface. For example, it can be considered for treating a laundry stain and cleaning grout as part of the same household routine, the product description also mentions pet messes and red wine among the stains it is meant to tackle.

The formula is described as oxygen-powered and bleach-free, with fizzing action intended to lift stains and brighten or whiten. That may appeal if you want an alternative to chlorine bleach for these tasks. It is still a concentrated product, not a ready-made promise of the same result on every material, so use it according to its directions and consider the surface before applying it. It is explicitly not for pesticidal use, so it should not be chosen for pest-control tasks.

What you’ll notice day to day

The main practical difference from a conventional single-purpose cleaner is the intended range of uses: this concentrate is positioned for laundry and stain treatment as well as hard surfaces and grout. It may suit a home that regularly handles varied cleaning jobs and can follow the product’s directions for each one. The funnel is a useful inclusion when pouring from a large container, though the listing does not specify a dilution ratio or detailed surface-by-surface instructions.

Buyer feedback highlights stain removal and cleaning grout, with some also mentioning carpet cleaning and whitening. Those are reported experiences, not a guarantee for every stain or material. Feedback on safety is mixed: while some buyers describe it as safe or non-toxic, others raise concerns and report burning to skin or eyes. That makes it important not to treat “safe when used as directed” as meaning harmless in every situation. Worth considering if you want a concentrated, bleach-free cleaner for several household applications and are comfortable following its directions closely.

Is it worth it?

The case for this product is its combination of a 12% concentration, a large 128 oz size, broad stated cleaning uses, and included funnel. Compared with buying only a dedicated grout cleaner or laundry stain remover, it offers a more versatile approach, a task-specific product may make more sense if you need a cleaner formulated for one particular surface or purpose. It may not suit you if you need a pesticidal product, since the listing expressly excludes that use. The buyer feedback on skin and eye irritation is also worth weighing alongside the product’s stated directions for use.
