SimpleNature 12% Hydrogen Peroxide Cleaner, 1 Gallon Concentrate

The 1-gallon format contains a 12% hydrogen peroxide solution made with deionized water. It is sold as a concentrated multipurpose cleaner for household, commercial, and industrial cleaning tasks, with dilution required before general use.

For routine cleaning, the product description directs users to dilute it to 3%. That makes it a better fit for people who want to prepare a cleaning solution as needed than for anyone looking for a ready-to-use spray.

Key points

The listed ingredients are hydrogen peroxide and deionized water. The product is intended for tasks such as cleaning surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, laundry, and fabrics, the description also mentions stain removal and cleaning produce. Those are broad use categories, not a guarantee that every material or surface is suitable. Follow the product’s handling and use directions, especially before applying it to a specific fabric or finish.

This is a strong oxidizer, and the product information says to wear gloves while handling it and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. For general use, the stated dilution is 3%. The source also describes the gallon as a 4x concentration that can be diluted to make up to four gallons of regular-strength solution. It does not provide a specific mixing procedure, so use the product directions rather than guessing at a ratio for a particular task.

Buyer feedback is favorable about the solution’s effectiveness and lack of odor, but reports on cleaning performance are mixed. Some buyers mention cleaner-looking clothes or shiny floors, others raise concerns about residue and skin peeling. These comments are individual impressions, not a promise of results, and the handling warning makes avoiding skin contact especially important.

Size & fit

The one-gallon container makes sense when you expect to dilute cleaner for recurring jobs rather than buy a small, ready-to-use bottle. A practical scenario is keeping a supply for separate household tasks such as laundry and bathroom or kitchen surfaces, while preparing only the amount needed for use. The package dimensions are 11.85 x 6.1 x 6.06 inches and its listed weight is 9.06 pounds, useful details when considering storage and handling.

Worth considering if you want a concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution for several cleaning applications and are comfortable following dilution and safety directions. Compared with a basic premixed cleaner, this format involves more preparation but offers a larger quantity of concentrate. A premixed product may suit someone who does not want to measure or dilute a solution.

Usage tips

Keep the concentrate away from skin, eyes, and clothing, and wear gloves when handling it, as directed in the product information. Dilute to 3% before general use. Before treating a particular surface, fabric, or stain, check its care guidance and the product’s directions, the broad list of suggested uses does not establish compatibility with every material. Store and handle the container with care, rather than treating the concentrate like an ordinary ready-to-use household cleaner.

The description lists cleaning produce among possible uses, but does not give a produce-specific dilution or procedure. Do not infer one from the general-use dilution, follow applicable product directions for that task.

Buying verdict

SimpleNature’s main distinction is its 12% concentration in a one-gallon format, paired with a short ingredient list and a stated 3% dilution for general use. That combination may suit buyers who want one concentrate for multiple cleaning tasks and are prepared to handle and dilute it carefully. It is less suited to someone who prioritizes immediate, ready-to-spray convenience or does not want to manage a strong oxidizer. The mixed buyer feedback also means cleaning results should not be assumed to be identical across laundry, floors, and other surfaces.
