Haown HY-SJ-001 Outdoor Flameless Candles, 12-Pack with Dual LEDs and Remotes

The dual-LED design pairs a steady lower glow with a flickering upper light, giving these flameless candles a more layered look than a single steady LED. This 12-pack is intended for indoor and outdoor decoration, from a dining table or patio to a wedding aisle. Each ivory pillar measures 3"D x 3"W x 6"H.

Two remotes and a timer make it easier to manage several candles as one decorative setup. They run on two AA batteries each, which are not included, so plan for batteries before arranging them for an event.

Tips for day-to-day use

The set is designed for grouped displays rather than a single accent candle. For example, the matching pillars can line a banquet table or walkway, while remote control lets you operate the lights without reaching for each one. The listed timer settings are 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours, useful when you want the display to switch off on a schedule. The product is described as waterproof and suitable for indoor or outdoor use, though the listing does not specify a submersion rating.

Unlike a smaller set meant for occasional spots around the home, a dozen matching candles can create a consistent look across a larger area. That quantity is most useful when you have several places to decorate, for one shelf or centerpiece, fewer individual candles may be easier to place and store. You’ll appreciate it if you want flameless ambient lighting for a gathering or coordinated home decor. You may want to skip it if you need the candles to work straight out of the box without buying batteries.

Strengths

The upper flickering LED and steady lower LED are intended to create a vertical flame effect without a real flame. That makes this style relevant for settings where the look of candlelight is wanted without an open flame. The plastic construction and battery power also mean the display does not depend on a nearby outlet. The manufacturer states a runtime of 300+ hours, actual use may vary with conditions and battery choice.

Buyer feedback often highlights the warm, soft light and the convenience of the remotes and timer. Opinions on the flicker are more divided: some like its flame-like movement, while others find the pace too fast. If a slower or steadier glow matters to your setup, that difference is worth considering before choosing a flickering style.

Buying verdict

This Haown set suits buyers who need multiple matching pillars for an aisle, long table, patio, or other spread-out decorative display. Its combination of two remotes, timer settings, and a dual-LED effect is more geared toward coordinated ambiance than basic single-candle accent lighting. The main practical tradeoff is preparing batteries for all the candles, and the flicker may not suit anyone seeking a completely steady flame effect. For a larger decorative arrangement where remote operation is useful, the set offers a clear purpose, for a small display, a smaller quantity may be a better fit.
