Gdhwxcl Glitter Acrylic Sheets for Laser Cutting, 8 x 8-Inch Purple Cast Acrylic, 3mm, 2-Pack
Product description
Each square sheet measures 8 x 8 inches and is made from 3mm-thick cast acrylic. The purple glitter finish adds a reflective look to custom pieces, signs, and decorations.
The glitter is distributed across both sides, so the panels show their sparkle from different viewing angles. A pair of sheets gives you material for coordinated designs or multiple small projects.
Use them for laser cutting, engraving, CNC work, or hands-on crafting. The protective film helps guard the surface during work and can be peeled away after engraving.
Usage tips
Plan your design around the square sheet format, then cut or engrave the acrylic to suit your project. The 3mm thickness is described as suitable for processing with a jigsaw, table saw, or CNC machine, as well as laser cutting and engraving. Keep the protective film in place while working, and peel it away after engraving to reveal the glitter surface.
For a custom sign, cut the panel to the shape you need and add engraved or UV-printed details. The purple color and two-sided glitter can also bring a bright accent to craft projects, badges, cake toppers, home décor, festival decorations, display stands, or photo frames. For outdoor signs and displays, the sheets are described as UV-resistant, helping preserve their appearance in outdoor settings.

Why it makes sense
These panels combine a workable sheet format with a glitter finish, making them useful when the material is part of the visual design rather than just a backing. The sparkle is present on both sides, which suits pieces that may be viewed from different directions, such as hanging decorations, badges, or display elements. Their purple color also gives coordinated projects a consistent accent without needing to apply a separate decorative finish.
Compared with plain acrylic sheet, this option brings the glitter effect directly into the material. That makes it a natural fit for projects where a shiny, colored surface is central to the look, including personalized signs, craft details, and decorative pieces. For a practical example, a maker can use one sheet for a small engraved sign and the second for matching badges or embellishments, using the same color and finish across both pieces.
The sheets are described as resistant to yellowing and cracking, as well as shatterproof, and the glitter is intended to resist flaking or fading. These properties support their use in decorative projects and signs where the finished appearance matters over time. Choose this format when you want purple cast acrylic that can be cut or engraved and already has a prominent glitter surface.
Final verdict
Gdhwxcl’s two 8 x 8-inch sheets suit makers who want a ready-to-use glitter finish for laser-cut or engraved signs, crafts, badges, and decorations. The 3mm cast acrylic format supports several common cutting approaches, while the double-sided purple sparkle helps finished pieces stand out from either side.
