XinDoingNow MGG-B-0.75C-36C-4G Black Iron Pipe, 3/4 in. x 36 in., 4-Pack
Product description
A pre-painted matte black finish gives these pipes an industrial look without requiring an extra painting step. The dual coating is designed to resist rust and discoloration, helping keep decorative projects looking neat indoors.
Each pipe measures 3/4 in. x 36 in., and the set includes four pieces. Both ends are threaded, making them a practical building component for custom decorative projects.
Use them to create shelves, storage racks, tissue holders, or furniture with a vintage-inspired style. They can also be used in handrail projects, keep their stated decorative-only use in mind when planning an installation.
Practical tips
Plan the layout around the 36-inch pipe length and the threaded connections at both ends. The threads are not fully compatible with standard NPT threads, so check the connection size and fit for your chosen decorative project before ordering. These pipes are for decorative DIY use only and are not intended for water or gas plumbing.
For a coordinated industrial look, use the black finish as part of a shelf, shoe cabinet, towel rack, or table design. Since the pipes come pre-painted, there is no need to add a spray-painting step just to achieve the listed black finish. The four-piece set gives you several matching components to work into one project or into related decor around a room.
Benefits
The pre-painted, matte black surface brings a clean, classic industrial character to home decor. Its dual coating is intended to resist rust and discoloration, which helps reduce the chance of rust marks on walls or furniture during indoor use. The finish also means the pipes are ready to contribute their color and style as you build, rather than starting with bare pipe that needs painting.
What makes this set useful for a custom project? It combines a defined 3/4 in. x 36 in. size with threaded ends and a consistent black finish, so it can serve as a visible design element as well as a pipe component. Compared with buying unfinished pipe for a project that needs a black appearance, this pre-coated option is ready for that decorative role.
Key points
The set contains four black pipes, each measuring 3/4 in. x 36 in. The product is described as rust-resistant, pre-painted, and dual-coated, with threads on both ends. Suggested applications include shelves, storage racks, shoe cabinets, tissue holders, handrails, chairs, and tables. These uses make it especially relevant for DIY decor built around a vintage or industrial style.
Buyers have noted the product’s perceived quality, while compatibility also comes up in feedback. For project planning, the key distinction is its intended role: decorative construction rather than plumbing. Its threads are not fully compatible with standard NPT threads, so connection fit matters when selecting fittings.
Should you buy it?
It suits you if you want four matching, pre-painted black pipes for an indoor decorative build and have a project that can use the 3/4 in. x 36 in. format. The coated finish, threaded ends, and industrial appearance give you a ready starting point for shelves, tissue racks, storage, or custom furniture. Choose this set for decorative DIY work where the black pipe is part of the design, not for water or gas lines.
