Flemoon 7003 IP54 Outdoor Electrical Box with Clear Lid and 6 Cable Ports

Some outdoor setups need more than a cord running to an outlet: the connection itself needs a covered place to stay. The Flemoon 7003 is a polypropylene enclosure with an IP54 rating, a transparent lid, and six gasketed cable ports. Its interior can accommodate items such as an outdoor timer, outlet plug, power strip, or bulky adapter alongside cord connections.

The clear lid lets light reach a photocell sensor inside, making the box useful for lighting setups controlled by a photocell timer.

Quick sizing guide

The enclosure measures 12.5 x 8.5 x 5 inches externally, with an interior measuring 12 x 7.4 x 3.9 inches. Use the internal dimensions to compare the space needed for your timer, adapter, or other device, as well as the cord connections. Six entry ports have rubber gaskets to help seal around cords, place no more than one cable in each port.

For an outdoor lighting setup, the box can hold a timer and cord connection while the transparent cover allows a photocell sensor to receive light. It can also help keep connections together for seasonal decorations, landscape lighting, or garden equipment. The dual mounting holes provide an option for wall mounting.

Why it’s worth it

The main benefit is having a dedicated enclosure for outdoor electrical connections instead of leaving the connection exposed. Four locking clips secure the lid, and cable clamps hold cords in place. Together with the gasketed ports, these features help protect the enclosed setup from weather and moisture during outdoor use.

Need a cover that also lets light reach a photocell timer? The transparent lid makes that a practical use for this box, while the orange base makes the enclosure easy to identify among outdoor equipment. It is also suitable for indoor applications where a covered space for a cord connection or adapter is useful.

Customers often praise the box’s construction and its protection from rain and moisture. Feedback on the interior space and lid sealing is more varied, so compare the listed inner dimensions with the devices and connections you plan to place inside. For best use, position the box parallel to the ground, do not bury it or submerge it in water.
