Favoyard FYA41ZD005DG24 Outdoor Cushion Set, 24-Inch Waterproof Dark Gray

A waterproof polyester cover helps this cushion set handle everyday outdoor seating. The set pairs a 24-inch square seat cushion with a matching back cushion for a coordinated patio chair or sofa. Tie straps help keep the cushions in place. Dark gray and fade-resistant fabric suit patio, garden, balcony, and rocking-chair setups.

Key takeaways

This set includes one seat cushion measuring 24 x 24 x 4 inches and one back cushion measuring 24 x 20 inches. The seat uses a single piece of high-resilience foam, while the back cushion is filled with polyester fiber, giving each part a filling suited to its role. The listed firmness is medium.

The covers use 300 GSM polyester with a TPU coating on the reverse, creating a two-layer approach to water resistance. The solution-dyed fabric is designed to resist fading outdoors, and hidden zippers keep the closures discreet. Double-stitched seams add a durable finish, while the dark gray plain pattern pairs easily with many patio furniture styles.

For shoppers choosing between a loose throw pillow and a coordinated seat-and-back set, this option provides both cushions together, with tie straps to help secure them to furniture. Buyers often praise the fit, color, and water resistance. Feedback on firmness and thickness is mixed, so those preferences can vary from one person to another.

Cleaning & care

Both covers are removable, making it easier to take them off for care, and the listed care instruction is machine wash. Hidden zippers provide access to the covers, while the waterproof fabric and coated backing are intended for outdoor use. The cushions are suited to balcony and garden seating, wicker furniture, rocking chairs, and sofa couches.

Getting the most from it

Measure the furniture’s seating area before choosing this set, then compare it with the seat cushion’s 24 x 24-inch footprint and the back cushion’s 24 x 20-inch dimensions. Matching the cushion sizes to the seating surface helps create a neat fit. Use the tie straps to secure the cushions to the chair or sofa and reduce shifting as people sit down or get up.

The set works well for refreshing a patio chair or creating a more comfortable spot on a garden sofa. For instance, on a balcony rocking chair, the foam seat cushion provides the sitting surface while the fiber-filled back cushion adds support behind it. The removable covers also make routine cleaning more straightforward than caring for fixed upholstery.
