Summsun D-Shape Outdoor Chair Cushions, 17 x 16-Inch, Set of 4

The D-shaped profile and tie attachments help these cushions sit neatly on compatible outdoor chairs and stay in place during everyday seating. Each pad measures 17 x 16 inches and is 2 inches thick, with medium-firm foam cushioning for garden chairs, porch seating, wicker furniture, and bistro sets.

The four-piece set comes in black with polyester covers and high-resilience foam. A removable, machine-washable cover makes routine care easier, while the water-repellent fabric helps manage splashes and light moisture.

Quick sizing guide

Measure the seat area of each chair and compare it with the cushion’s 17 x 16-inch dimensions. The D-shaped outline is intended for curved chair seats, and the two ties on each cushion help secure it to the furniture. Checking both the width and depth before choosing a replacement helps you select a pad that suits the shape and usable seating area of your chairs.

The 2-inch thickness adds a cushioned layer while keeping the set suited to compact outdoor seating. Use the four cushions together to refresh a patio set, or place them on matching chairs on a porch or balcony. The black, plain design pairs easily with a range of outdoor furniture styles.

Benefits

High-resilience 28D foam provides a supportive, medium-firm feel for everyday sitting. Polyester covers have a water-repellent finish that helps shed spills and moisture, and the fabric is described as fade-resistant and weather-resistant for outdoor seating. For prolonged heavy rain or periods when the chairs will not be used, storing the cushions indoors or under a protective cover helps limit moisture exposure.

Two ties on each pad help reduce shifting as people sit down or get up. When the covers need cleaning, unzip and remove them for machine washing, spot-clean the foam filling. The set is a practical replacement approach for coordinating several seats at once, rather than buying single cushions in separate styles.

Buyers commonly praise the cushions’ comfort, thickness, appearance, and water resistance. Feedback on sizing is mixed, so measuring the chair seat against the stated dimensions is a useful step before choosing this set.

Practical questions

Will these fit my patio chairs? Each cushion measures 17 x 16 inches and has a D-shaped profile. Measure the chair’s seat area and compare its shape and dimensions with the cushion before ordering, the ties help attach the pad to the chair.

Can I leave them out in heavy rain? The fabric repels moisture and helps with spills, but the care guidance recommends storing cushions indoors or using a cover during heavy rain. This helps limit moisture buildup when they are not in use.

How do I clean the cushions? Unzip and remove the polyester cover for machine washing. The foam filling should be spot-cleaned.
