ENITYA 22" XL Back Pillow with Armrests, Layered Foam and Side Pockets

A layered foam core gives the ENITYA 22-inch XL back pillow a supportive place to lean while reading, watching TV, or relaxing in bed. Its armrests and adjustable headrest add support around your upper body, while two large side pockets keep everyday essentials close by.

Use it on a bed, couch, or floor when you want an upright place to sit without arranging separate cushions.

Everyday use

Set the pillow behind you for a reading session or a show, and keep a phone, book, or remote in one of the side pockets. The armrests provide a place to rest your arms, and the adjustable headrest lets you position support for your head and neck. A carry handle makes it easier to move the pillow between rooms or seating spots.

The 60-degree ergonomic design and two-layer foam construction are intended to support the head, neck, shoulders, back, and lumbar area. High-density foam provides a supportive base, while high-resilience foam adds cushioning. That combination is useful for settling in with a book, working from bed, or playing games when a standard flat pillow is mainly meant to go behind your head.

Why it makes sense

A stack of regular pillows can create a quick backrest, but a dedicated reading pillow brings the back support, armrests, and storage together in one piece. That makes it convenient for keeping your essentials within reach during a longer stretch of relaxing or sitting up in bed. The ENITYA pillow also works on a couch or floor, so it can serve as a movable backrest rather than staying in one spot.

Its plush faux-fur cover adds a soft surface against your back and arms. Because the cover is removable and machine washable, it can be taken off for cleaning as part of regular care.

Key points

This is the XL version, listed for a height range of 5'3"–5'11", with a black finish and foam filling. The 22-inch back pillow has armrests, an adjustable headrest, a carry handle, and large storage pockets on both sides. The two-layer composite combines high-density and high-resilience foam for supportive cushioning, while the removable faux-fur cover is machine washable.

Allow 24–48 hours after unpacking for the pillow to fully expand before use. This gives the compressed foam time to regain its intended shape.

Buying verdict

Choose the ENITYA XL back pillow if you want a dedicated spot to sit up for reading, TV, gaming, or resting, with armrests and a headrest as well as space for small essentials. Its layered foam, movable design, and washable cover make it a practical fit for people who want one cushioned backrest for use on a bed, couch, or floor.
