EIGHTREE ET01 Smart Plug 4-Pack, 15A Wi-Fi, Alexa and Google Home

Each EIGHTREE ET01 smart plug measures 1.9 x 1.9 x 1.2 inches, with a compact shape designed to fit into everyday home setups. The four-pack lets you add app and voice control in several rooms.

Connect the plugs over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi using the Smart Life app. Bluetooth is used during setup, and no hub is required.

Use Alexa or Google Assistant for voice commands, or control connected devices remotely through the app. Timers, schedules, and app groups help make routine on-and-off tasks easier to manage.

How to use it

Plug in a compatible appliance, set up the outlet in the Smart Life app, and connect it to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Keep Bluetooth enabled on your phone during the Bluetooth-assisted setup. Once connected, switch devices on or off from the app, use a supported Alexa or Google Assistant voice command, or create a schedule or countdown timer.

For example, schedule a lamp to turn on in the evening, or set a coffee maker to follow a daily routine. You can also group multiple plugs in the app to control devices in one room together. The 15A rating makes this set suitable for compatible appliances such as coffee makers, air fryers, and heaters, match the connected device’s requirements to the plug’s rating before use.

Why it makes sense

This set brings several control options together in a small plug-in format: app access when you are away, voice commands when your hands are busy, and schedules for devices you use on a routine. A four-pack is useful when you want to automate more than one spot rather than building a setup one outlet at a time. Its compact dimensions can also help when outlets sit behind furniture or among other plugs.

Compared with a hub-based smart-home setup, these plugs connect directly over Wi-Fi and do not require a separate hub. They are a straightforward fit for common on/off routines around the home, while the app’s grouping feature gives you a way to manage several outlets together. Customers commonly praise the easy setup and everyday use. Feedback on Alexa integration and connectivity is mixed, so a stable 2.4GHz network is an important part of the setup.

Is it worth it?

The EIGHTREE ET01 four-pack is a practical choice for adding scheduled, remote, and voice control to several compatible appliances without adding a hub. You’ll appreciate it if you want to automate lamps, kitchen appliances, or other devices with simple on/off routines and manage them through Smart Life, Alexa, or Google Assistant. Its 15A rating and compact 1.9 x 1.9 x 1.2-inch format make it a useful combination for everyday smart-home tasks.
