EHEYCIGA DCC005 48-Inch Dog Crate Cover with Mesh, 600D Oxford Fabric

The 48 x 30 x 33-inch EHEYCIGA DCC005 is sized for a 48-inch wire dog crate and made from heavy-duty 600D polyester Oxford fabric. Its black cover helps create a sheltered space indoors or outdoors.

Breathable mesh windows support airflow and let your dog see outside. Front and side zippered panels give access to different crate door positions.

Choose this cover when you want shade and a more enclosed crate space, choose an uncovered crate when open visibility and airflow are the priority.

Benefits

The water-resistant, UV-protective fabric helps shield the crate from sun and rain during everyday use. That makes the cover useful for a crate set up indoors, outdoors, or for travel. Its windproof Oxford fabric adds another layer between your dog and the elements, while the mesh windows provide ventilation and visibility.

The front and side panels have dual zippers, so you can open the area that lines up with your crate’s door. Two door openings and three mesh windows give your dog room to see out while keeping the covered space more den-like. In colder weather, the windows can be closed to block wind. Elastic toggles at the bottom corners secure the cover to the crate.

What to know

This cover measures 48 x 30 x 33 inches and is designed to fit most standard 48-inch wire crates. Compare those dimensions with your crate before choosing it, especially if the crate has an unusual shape or door placement. The cover is positioned over the crate and secured at its bottom corners with the elastic toggles.

For example, it can help shade a crate set up on a patio while the mesh keeps the space ventilated and allows your dog to look outside. The zippered panels also make it practical to use the crate’s front or side door without removing the cover. It is the cover itself, rather than a crate, and suits buyers looking to add shade and a more enclosed feel to a compatible wire kennel.

Best use cases

Use the cover when a dog’s crate needs a layer of shade and weather protection for regular indoor or outdoor use. The mesh panels are a practical fit for situations where airflow and visibility matter alongside a more sheltered space. For travel, the same crate-cover format provides a way to cover a compatible 48-inch wire crate, secure the corner toggles after positioning it.

Buying verdict

The EHEYCIGA DCC005 brings together a 48-inch crate fit, 600D polyester Oxford fabric, mesh windows, and front-and-side zipper access. It makes sense if you want to make a compatible wire crate feel more sheltered while preserving ventilation and access to different door positions. For a crate used across indoor and outdoor settings, those features offer a straightforward way to add shade and a covered space without changing the kennel itself.
