Mi Metty 100FT Tie Out Cable for Dogs
Product description
This heavy duty outdoor tie out gives dogs room to roam while keeping them secure. The Mi Metty 100FT tie out cable pairs a long reach with a shock-absorbing spring and swivel hook so dogs can play, explore, and train with reduced strain and less tangling. It’s built for yard use, camping, and park visits and suits small, medium, and large dogs up to 125 lbs.
Key features
The cable combines a strong steel wire core with a PVC protective coating for chew resistance and weather protection, according to the manufacturer. A reflective outer layer improves visibility on dusk walks, and the spring buffer soaks up sudden pulls to protect your pet’s neck. The 360-degree swivel hook reduces twisting while the clip with safety lock helps secure the line to trees, stakes, or posts.

How to use it
Attach the swivel hook to your dog’s collar or harness and fasten the cable to a fixed point using the safety lock clip. Give the cable a quick check before each use to confirm the spring and clip operate smoothly. It’s practical for timed outdoor sessions and for adding distance during training, but keep supervision in mind during heavy weather.
What you’ll notice day to day
You’ll appreciate how the spring reduces jolts when your dog runs or lunges, and how the swivel cuts down on tangles. The reflective coating helps during low light, though visibility depends on ambient conditions. For very persistent chewers, inspect the PVC coating regularly to ensure integrity.
