Cambridge Soundworks SWOASOLBK OontZ Angle Solo Compact Bluetooth Speaker

Bring music to a picnic table, campsite, or poolside hangout with the compact OontZ Angle Solo. Its 5W driver and passive bass radiator deliver clear, balanced audio in a portable speaker. Choose Bluetooth for a wireless setup or the AUX input for a wired connection.

Key features

The custom neodymium driver and passive bass radiator are designed to give this small speaker a balanced sound. Its 5W output keeps the setup compact, while Bluetooth lets you stream from a smartphone, tablet, or computer without a cable. The stated wireless range is up to 100 feet when unobstructed, giving you room to leave a paired device nearby while listening.

For calls, the built-in microphone supports hands-free use. The 3.5 mm AUX input provides another way to connect compatible audio sources, making the speaker useful when you want a wired option as well as Bluetooth. A USB charging cable and carrying lanyard are included for charging and carrying.

The IPX5 water-resistant design is suited to gentle spray and everyday splashes during outdoor use. It is not designed to be partially or fully submerged, so keep it above water at the beach or pool. Buyers often highlight the compact size, volume, sound, and portability, with easy Bluetooth connection also among the points they appreciate.

How it fits

At 3.9 inches long and 2.8 inches tall, the Angle Solo is easy to pack for travel or move between rooms. Its freestanding design works on a desk, picnic table, or other flat surface, while the lanyard offers a handy way to carry it between stops. At home, it can provide a compact listening setup, outdoors, its water-resistant construction suits settings where occasional splashes are part of the day.

This is a practical middle ground between listening directly from a phone and carrying a larger speaker. The phone stays available for browsing or calls while the speaker handles playback, and Bluetooth avoids a cable between the two. When a wired connection is more convenient, the AUX input gives you that alternative.

Who it’s for

The OontZ Angle Solo is well suited to travelers and anyone who wants a small speaker for everyday listening at home or outdoors. It connects with smartphones, tablets, and computers, and the built-in microphone adds usefulness for hands-free calls. If your plans involve a pool or beach, its splash-resistant design helps accommodate the setting, place it where it can stay clear of submersion.
