CALOBANA 8-ft Inflatable Water Hammock, Drop-Stitch PVC Floating Ring

A compact float is made for solo downtime, a shared platform gives friends and family room to lounge together. The CALOBANA 8-ft Water Hammock is a round inflatable floating ring with a mesh center for relaxing in the water. Its drop-stitch PVC construction and included setup accessories make it ready for pool and lake outings. The 8-ft format measures 96 by 96 inches.

Highlights

The open center mesh lets you rest close to the water while the wide inflatable ring provides space around it. This layout works for lounging, sunbathing, chatting, or taking a break between swims. The mesh is made from poly-pro mesh with heavy-duty elastic cords, and the ring uses 6-inch-thick drop-stitch PVC with reinforced seams. A webbing-buckle structure on the back supports the platform’s design, while the stated pet-friendly construction makes it suitable for outings where dogs join the group.

Rather than a single-person float, this round platform is designed for shared time on the water. Use it as a floating lounge or swim platform at a pool, lake, dock, or boat outing. Buyers often highlight the generous surface and easy inflation, while comments on durability are mixed: some describe it as sturdy, and others report mesh tearing. That feedback makes the mesh a sensible area to treat with care during setup and use.

How it fits

Choose this 8-ft size when you want a spacious floating surface for relaxing together, rather than a compact float focused on one person. Its round shape gives the center mesh a clear place for lounging, while the surrounding inflatable ring provides room to sit or stretch out. The product is described for adults and multi-person use, and its pool-and-lake focus suits relaxed group gatherings as well as a quiet solo float.

For a practical outing, bring it to the lake for a break between swims: inflate the ring, settle into the mesh, and use the tether rope to secure it where appropriate. The built-in stainless-steel D-rings also provide attachment points for a boat, dock, or another floating unit. Use it in conditions suited to relaxed floating, and follow the included instructions for setup.

Practical tips

The package includes the round floating ring, a manual pump with hose, a 10-ft tether rope with hook, a carry bag, a wrench, and repair patches. The stated inflation guidance is 5–8 PSI, with an approximate inflation time of 2–5 minutes. Follow the product instructions when inflating, and avoid overinflation. For transport and storage, the carry bag keeps the deflated float and its accessories together. When setting it up, give the mesh and surrounding area room to spread out before use.
