BYEWIRE Black Floor Register 4x14, 6-Pack Steel Vent Covers with Adjustable Airflow

Sized for 4" x 14" duct openings, these black BYEWIRE floor registers come in a six-pack for updating multiple vents in one project. Their steel tops have a rust-resistant pre-coat, giving floor openings a clean, coordinated look. An adjustable damper lets you control airflow at each register.

Fit and sizing

Each register is designed for a 4" x 14" duct opening and can be used in floors or sidewalls. The six-pack is useful when several vents need the same finish, such as during a room refresh or renovation. Before ordering, match the duct opening—not the outside trim—to the stated 4" x 14" size. For installation, place each cover into its opening, the stated drop-in design requires no tools.

The black finish offers a consistent look across rooms, while the walkable steel top is intended for floor use as well as sidewall placement. For a single vent replacement, buying one register at a time may suit the project better, this set is geared toward replacing several matching covers together.

Benefits

The adjustable opposed-blade damper helps regulate how much air enters a room, making it practical to manage airflow at individual vents for heating or cooling. Its quiet, rattle-reducing design supports comfortable use in everyday living spaces. The damper is made from recycled high-impact polystyrene, while the steel register top has a rust-resistant pre-coat.

A simple drop-in installation makes these covers approachable for home updates without tool-based mounting. The stain-resistant construction is designed for easier cleaning, so routine dust and surface care can be handled without a complicated maintenance process. The black color also provides a defined finish around the duct opening in homes, offices, schools, or retail spaces.

Buyers often highlight the appearance, fit, airflow, and ease of operation, including the smooth opening and closing action. Feedback on material construction is mixed, with some buyers noting a difference between the metal top and plastic components.
