BurgeonNest dbs-b Dog Car Seat for Small Dogs and Cats, Adjustable Straps

Adjustable straps secure the BurgeonNest dog car seat to a vehicle seat, creating a dedicated spot for a small pet during car rides. Its plush, sponge-filled cushion gives dogs and cats a soft place to rest. Two side pockets keep everyday pet supplies close at hand. The black seat measures 21.65 x 19.68 x 13.78 inches.

Why it’s worth it

A loose pet bed offers a resting surface, while this booster-style seat adds buckles and adjustable straps to attach it to the car seat. The straps fasten at the top and back of the vehicle seat, and their length can be adjusted for the setup. The supplied instructions also describe hooking the seat strap to the dog’s collar. Together, these details make the seat a practical choice for keeping a pet’s travel space organized while you drive.

The plush fabric and sponge filling make a comfortable place for a pet to settle in, while the two-sided cushion offers a choice between a fluffy side and an Oxford fabric side. Two large side pockets provide space for daily pet essentials, so they can travel alongside the seat rather than loose in the car. The seat is designed for front or back seat installation and can also serve as an indoor pet bed.

Key takeaways

This black BurgeonNest seat is designed for small dogs and cats, with a maximum recommended weight of 25 lbs. Its adjustable buckle straps are intended to fit most car seats and vehicle types, and the product dimensions are 21.65 x 19.68 x 13.78 inches. For a road trip, the cushion gives a small pet a defined place to lie down, while the side pockets can hold everyday supplies. Buyers often praise the soft feel, appearance, portability, and fit, feedback on stability and sturdiness is mixed. Some also report that the seat came apart within six months or that their dogs hopped out, so the adjustable attachment and the pet’s individual behavior matter in use.

Cleaning & care

The seat cover can be cleaned by machine or by hand. For a thorough wash, the design uses zippers that let you remove the cushion and take out the filling, leaving the cover accessible for cleaning. After washing, return the filling to its compartments and place the cushion back in the seat. This removable-fill design also makes it easier to handle the cover separately from the padded parts.
