BEILUNER Fountain Pen, Medium Nib

A fountain pen suits deliberate note-taking and a more traditional writing feel, a simple ballpoint is usually the more straightforward choice for quick, low-maintenance writing. The BEILUNER pairs a piano-black body with gold accents and a medium nib, with a converter and black cartridges included.

The set also comes with a leather pen box and an instruction card. One practical unknown: the product details do not specify the pen’s dimensions or weight, so its exact feel in hand is hard to judge in advance.

Key specifications

The BEILUNER is a fountain pen with a partially lacquered piano-black body and a 24K gold-plated nib. The listed nib size is medium. The description also refers to a third-generation ink supply system, but does not explain its operation in enough detail to compare it with other filling systems.

For day-to-day use, the included ink converter gives you a refill option alongside the six black ink cartridges. The listing does not state cartridge compatibility or provide measurements, so those details may matter if you have a specific refill setup in mind. Its polished black finish and gold accents give it a dressier look than a basic everyday pen, while the fountain-pen format is better suited to someone willing to manage ink rather than simply replace a disposable pen.

Who it’s for

It makes sense if you want a presentation-ready pen for handwritten notes, journaling, or signing documents, and you like the slower, more intentional feel of a fountain pen. For example, it could sit in a work bag for taking meeting notes, then be stored in its box at the end of the day. The medium nib is the stated size, so the product may suit buyers who already know they prefer that option, there is no nib-size choice described here.

Not the best choice if you need a pen with specified dimensions, a precisely documented weight, or confirmed compatibility with refills you already own. The included cartridges and converter are useful as a starting point, but the listing does not give enough detail to establish what other ink supplies will fit. From the way it is set up, this is aimed more at someone interested in the fountain-pen experience than at a buyer seeking the least-fuss writing tool.

Box contents

The set includes the fountain pen, an ink converter, six black ink cartridges, a leather pen box, and an instruction card. That is a more complete starting kit than buying a pen alone, especially for someone new to fountain pens who may appreciate having both cartridges and a converter on hand. The description does not specify the box’s dimensions or whether the pen arrives inked, so avoid assuming either detail when planning to give it as a gift.

Before you decide

What nib size does it have? The product name lists a medium nib.

Are ink supplies included? Yes. The set is described as including six black ink cartridges and an ink converter.

Does it come with a storage box? The listed contents include a leather pen box and an instruction card.

Should you buy it?

Buy the BEILUNER if you want a black-and-gold fountain pen set with a medium nib, included ink supplies, and a box for storage or presentation. Its strongest practical appeal is having cartridges and a converter in the same set, rather than needing to source every basic accessory separately. Skip it if exact dimensions, weight, or refill compatibility are deciding factors, those specifics are not provided, and the listing gives limited detail about how its ink system works.
