Asidrama Polished Chrome Passage Door Lever, Reversible Handle, Adjustable Latch

This one-pack passage door lever has a polished chrome finish for a clean, reflective look on interior doors. Its keyless design suits rooms where access should remain simple and unrestricted. Need a handle that works on either side of the door? The reversible lever supports both left- and right-handed installations. Its adjustable latch also fits two common backsets.

Getting the most from it

Use this passage handle on interior doors that do not need a locking function, such as closets, hallways, pantries, laundry rooms, and conference rooms. The lever opens without a key, making it a practical choice for spaces where people move in and out regularly. Polished chrome brings a bright finish to the door and can complement a range of room styles.

Before installation, match the door thickness and backset to the listed fit range. The reversible design lets you orient the lever for the door’s handing, while the adjustable latch accommodates either listed backset. A screwdriver is identified for setup, making this a straightforward hardware update for a DIY project. Compared with a locking privacy handle, this passage style is the better fit when the priority is easy access rather than a lock.

Why it’s worth it

The combination of a keyless passage function and reversible lever makes this handle useful across a variety of interior door layouts. Rather than choosing separate left- and right-hand versions, you can set the lever orientation to suit the door. The adjustable latch provides another helpful fit detail, with support for both listed backsets and door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".

Buyer feedback often highlights the handles’ appearance and solid feel, with some also calling out the grip. Those impressions make sense for a frequently used interior touchpoint: the lever is easy to grasp, and the polished chrome finish gives the door hardware a distinct visual accent. For a coordinated update across several rooms, the one-pack format also makes it easy to choose the quantity needed for each door.

When it makes sense

Choose this Asidrama passage lever for an interior door where convenient, key-free access matters more than locking. It can serve a hallway, pantry, closet, laundry room, or other shared space, provided the door matches the stated thickness and backset range. Its reversible design helps accommodate either handing, while the polished chrome finish adds a bright, streamlined detail. If you are replacing a locking handle, select a passage model only when that door does not need a locking function.
