Requirements

For the best size match, measure your dog’s chest at the widest part of the ribcage and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose a size using those measurements, and go up one size if your dog falls between sizes. These checks are especially useful for a close-fitting coat: a good match helps keep the fleece-lined coverage in place without restricting movement.

Usage tips

Use the coat for walks, hikes, or other outdoor time in cool weather. The fleece lining and padded construction add a layer over the body, while the water-resistant shell is suited to damp conditions. For a walk after dark, the reflective neckline is a useful visibility detail, keep your dog in sight and attach the leash to the D-rings on the back.

The back zipper makes dressing straightforward. Smooth the coat into position before closing it, and make sure fur and skin stay clear of the zipper as you fasten it, the protective guard is designed to help prevent accidental pinching. Adjust the elastic neck cord for a comfortable fit around the turtleneck. When the coat needs cleaning, it can be machine washed.

Practical questions

Can I attach a leash to the coat? Yes. The coat has two metal D-rings on the back for leash attachment, making it convenient to connect a leash while your dog is wearing it.

How do I clean it? The care instructions specify machine washing. Follow the garment’s care guidance when laundering.
