The sleeveless cut and elastic abdomen are designed to make the coat easier to put on while allowing room for movement. Its plush turtleneck has an adjustable elastic cord, and the reflective detail at the neckline adds visibility during evening walks. The D-rings provide a direct place to attach a leash, bringing coat and leash attachment into one piece of gear. Buyers often appreciate the warmth, stomach coverage, and convenient leash connection, feedback on fit and zipper performance is mixed, so use the listed measurements as your guide.

## Requirements

For the best size match, measure your dog’s chest at the widest part of the ribcage and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Choose a size using those measurements, and go up one size if your dog falls between sizes. These checks are especially useful for a close-fitting coat: a good match helps keep the fleece-lined coverage in place without restricting movement.

## Usage tips

Use the coat for walks, hikes, or other outdoor time in cool weather. The fleece lining and padded construction add a layer over the body, while the water-resistant shell is suited to damp conditions. For a walk after dark, the reflective neckline is a useful visibility detail, keep your dog in sight and attach the leash to the D-rings on the back.

The back zipper makes dressing straightforward. Smooth the coat into position before closing it, and make sure fur and skin stay clear of the zipper as you fasten it, the protective guard is designed to help prevent accidental pinching. Adjust the elastic neck cord for a comfortable fit around the turtleneck. When the coat needs cleaning, it can be machine washed.

## Practical questions

**How should I choose the size?** Measure chest girth at the widest part of the ribcage and back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Use both measurements to select a size, and choose the next size up if your dog is between sizes.

**Can I attach a leash to the coat?** Yes. The coat has two metal D-rings on the back for leash attachment, making it convenient to connect a leash while your dog is wearing it.

**How do I clean it?** The care instructions specify machine washing. Follow the garment’s care guidance when laundering.

## Should you buy it?

This coat suits dog owners looking for warm, fleece-lined coverage with a water-resistant exterior and a built-in place to attach a leash. The reflective neckline, adjustable turtleneck, and back zipper make it a practical choice for regular cold-weather walks, while the Small size and listed chest measurement help narrow down fit before choosing.
