Ankink Ink Cartridges 280XXL/281XXL

The 10-cartridge assortment combines 280XXL pigment black with 281XXL black and color cartridges, giving you several replacement colors in one package. That can be useful when a printer is running low on more than one ink, rather than buying cartridges one at a time. The set is listed for a range of Canon PIXMA TR and TS printers, and its upgraded chips are intended to support printer compatibility. One important detail: Photo Blue is not included, so this pack does not cover every ink color used by all listed printers.

Best use cases

This set makes the most sense if your compatible printer uses both the 280 and 281 cartridge families and you want a supply of black, cyan, magenta, and yellow on hand. For example, if a print job needs a fresh black cartridge and you also notice a color running low, the pack includes replacements for both rather than just a single ink. It contains two of each listed cartridge type, so it is arranged as a multi-color restock, not a one-cartridge trial.

You’ll appreciate it if you print a mix of text and color graphics and your model appears on the compatibility list. If you only need one specific cartridge, buying a single replacement may be a better fit, if your printer also needs Photo Blue, this assortment leaves that cartridge out. Better avoided if you cannot match your exact printer model to the list or need a complete set of every ink color.

Product specs

The package contains two PGBK 280XXL cartridges, two black 281XXL cartridges, two cyan 281XXL cartridges, two magenta 281XXL cartridges, and two yellow 281XXL cartridges: 10 cartridges total. Photo Blue is not included. The listing states yields of 600 pages per PGBK 280XXL cartridge, 6,360 pages per 281XXL black cartridge, and 830 pages per 281XXL color cartridge. Treat those as the stated figures, not a guarantee of the number of pages you will get in your own printing, actual use can depend on what you print.

Listed compatible models include Canon TR8620a, TR8622a, TR7520, TR7500, TR7620, TR8520, TR8500, TR8620, TR8622, TS6100, TS6120, TS6200, TS6220, TS6300, TS6320, TS9520, TS9521C, TS702, TS702a, TS8120, TS8100, TS8220, TS8200, TS8322, TS8222, TS8320, TS8300, and TS9100 series printers. The description says upgraded chips are used to support compatibility, but that does not remove the need to match your printer model and cartridge numbers before ordering.

Where it shines

The practical appeal is the color mix: two cartridges for each included type can be more convenient than piecing together a restock from separate purchases. The listing also describes the ink as intended for crisp text and graphics, which suits everyday documents that include both writing and color elements. How much of that assortment will you use before one color runs out? That depends on your printing habits, and the pack does not provide Photo Blue for models that require it.

From the way it is set up, this is a broad replacement bundle rather than a narrowly targeted refill. Choose it when the included 280XXL and 281XXL cartridges match your printer and you want several common inks together. A single-cartridge replacement is the simpler approach if just one color is empty, a pack with Photo Blue would be more appropriate if that specific ink is part of your needs.

Final verdict

This Ankink 10-pack is worth considering for owners of a listed Canon printer who need multiple 280XXL/281XXL inks at once. Its main advantage is having two each of pigment black, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow in one assortment. The trade-off is clear: Photo Blue is omitted, and the compatibility claim is limited to the models named in the listing. Buy it when your printer matches and the included colors suit your next restock, skip it if you need Photo Blue or only want to replace one cartridge.
