Vobafe Bluetooth keyboard and mouse set UK layout

This ultra-thin Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo from Vobafe brings a portable typing and navigation solution for tablets, phones and laptops, combining quiet operation with multi-colour backlight and a built-in phone holder. It is designed for people who need a compact, rechargeable peripheral set for on-the-go work, study and entertainment, and offers long battery life for extended mobile use.

Key Points

The set includes a mini keyboard with a UK layout and an adjustable-colour backlight, plus a silent-click mouse with three DPI settings for smoother cursor control. Both devices connect via Bluetooth to iPad, iPhone, Samsung tablets and other Bluetooth-enabled Android or Windows devices. The keyboard is ultra-thin and light, which makes it easy to slip into a bag alongside a tablet. Note that the mouse illumination cycles automatically and cannot be turned off according to the manufacturer.

Benefits

The backlit keyboard features seven selectable colours and an automatic cycle mode that can make typing in dim lighting more comfortable. The laser-engraved ABS keys help keep legends visible when illumination is active. The low-noise switches in both keyboard and mouse reduce disturbance in quiet environments such as libraries, bedrooms or shared office spaces. The adjustable DPI on the mouse allows faster pointer movement for large screens and finer control for editing or precision tasks.

Usage Recommendations

Pairing is straightforward with most modern devices running iPadOS, iOS 13 or later as indicated for some iPad models. For first-time use it is advisable to fully charge both devices for around six hours to ensure optimal initial battery performance. The included phone holder accommodates smartphones while you type, which is convenient for messaging or reference materials during work sessions. Consider that the mouse lighting cannot be deactivated, so if you prefer completely non-illuminated peripherals this may be a limitation.

Practical Tips

Keep the keyboard and mouse charged when not in frequent use to benefit from the long standby capacity. If you plan to use the backlight often, expect reduced continuous runtime compared with the figures for backlight off. For users of multiple operating systems, reconnecting to different devices is possible but switching frequently between hosts may require re-pairing steps depending on the platform.
