Ring Outdoor Camera Solar 1080p
Product description
This outdoor security camera pairs a compact Stick Up Cam with a solar panel to help keep surveillance running without frequent battery swaps. It suits homeowners wanting a flexible camera that can be mounted on walls or placed on flat surfaces, offering continuous monitoring with motion alerts and two-way talk.
Key points
The Ring Outdoor Camera Solar delivers 1080p HD video and night vision so you can check activity around your property day or night. Live View and two-way talk let you see and speak to visitors from the Ring app, and adjustable motion zones reduce unwanted alerts. If you prioritise always-on power, the solar panel charges the quick release battery pack, and if you prefer simpler wiring, the plug-in option keeps things straightforward.

Where it shines
Installation is flexible, so you can mount the camera almost anywhere outside or use it inside if you need extra coverage. The weather resistant design stands up to typical UK conditions, and motion customisation helps you focus on relevant activity. Notifications arrive in real time to your mobile, according to the settings you choose, providing timely awareness.
Getting the most from it
Use the adjustable motion zones to avoid false alarms from passing traffic or tree movement, and position the solar panel for best sun exposure to keep the battery topped up. Ring Outdoor Camera Solar (Stick Up Cam) works well as part of a wider Ring setup, especially if you want to scale to multiple cameras. You may want to review mobile notification settings to balance alerts with daily life, as very sensitive detection can generate frequent notices. ⚙️
