K KNODEL Large Office Leather Desk Mat 90x43cm 🖥

This large leather-effect desk mat creates a tidy and protective workspace for home or office, combining a smooth writing surface with room for a laptop, keyboard and mouse. The K KNODEL pad measures 90 x 43 cm and aims to reduce scratches, spills and heat marks while giving a cleaner, more professional look to your desk.

Key Points

The mat uses PVC leather that feels smooth to the touch and allows effortless writing across the surface. It is double-sided with different colours on each face, so you can change the look of your desk in seconds. According to the manufacturer, the surface is waterproof and heat-resistant which helps with everyday accidents and makes cleaning straightforward, simply wiping with a damp cloth. The underside has a non-slip finish designed to keep the mat firmly in place during typing and mouse movements. Consider that heavy liquids left for long periods could still reach the desktop if not wiped promptly.

Benefits

The generous dimensions provide a single, continuous area for a laptop and peripherals which helps keep cables and accessories organised. The smooth top surface improves the feel of writing on the desk and supports consistent mouse tracking for both optical and laser mice. As it is double-sided, you gain simple versatility without needing to buy a second mat. The PVC construction offers a balance between softness and resilience, so it resists everyday wear without feeling overly rigid.

Usage Recommendations

Place the mat on a clean, flat desk and position heavier items near the centre to avoid edge curling. For routine maintenance, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary, then air dry. Avoid folding the mat for storage as creases may form; rolling gently is preferable. If intense heat sources such as hot pans or appliances will be used nearby, allow extra distance because extreme temperatures may affect the PVC over time.

The Essentials

This desk mat is practical for remote workers, students and office staff who want a neater desktop and a single surface for writing and computing. Its dark green finish provides a subtle accent without being distracting. The reversible design gives a quick way to refresh the workspace while the non-slip base keeps everything steady during everyday use.
