Vigor 75005 Extendable Mosquito Net, Anodised Aluminium, 50 x 40/92 x 40 cm
Product description
Key features
Some windows call for a fixed-width screen, while others benefit from an option that can extend to suit the opening. The Vigor 75005 is an extendable mosquito net with an anodised aluminium construction, designed for installation beneath a roller blind. Its listed size is 50 x 40/92 x 40 cm, making it a practical choice when you want a screen that can adapt across its stated format.
The net uses 16x18 fibreglass mesh. Together with the extendable design, this gives you a straightforward way to cover a window opening while keeping the fitting approach simple. Installation beneath a roller blind can be carried out without drilling into the wall or window frame, which is useful when you want to avoid making holes in those surfaces.
Everyday use
For a room where you want the window open while keeping mosquitoes outside, a fitted net provides a barrier across the opening. The Vigor 75005 is suited to that everyday purpose, whether you are airing a room or letting in fresh air during warmer weather. Its extendable format is particularly useful when a single fixed width would not suit the space as well.
Compared with choosing a screen designed only for one fixed opening, this model offers an adjustable approach. It makes sense if the roller-blind area is the intended place for fitting and you value installation without drilling into the wall or frame. The anodised aluminium construction and fibreglass mesh give the net its specified materials without adding unnecessary complexity to its role.
Usage tips
Position the net beneath the roller blind as intended and line it up with the window opening before fitting. The stated installation method avoids drilling into the wall or window frame, so take care to follow the fitting arrangement for this type of placement. Extend the net to suit the opening, then check that it sits across the area you want screened. The product is described as extending, so its adjustable format is central to getting a suitable fit.
The stated dimensions are 50 x 40/92 x 40 cm. Consider the opening and the available space beneath the roller blind when deciding where the net will be used. That simple check helps you choose an appropriate position for the screen as part of your normal window routine.
