ACWOO U5-40CMBJYSFS240510-FBA 30cm Bathroom Grab Bar with Non-Slip Grip

For anyone who needs extra support when moving around a bathroom, this 30cm ACWOO grab bar provides a fixed handhold by the bath, shower or toilet.

Its raised grip surface is designed to help the hand hold securely, including in damp conditions. Luminous rings at either end make the grip area easier to see in low light.

The bar is screw-mounted, giving you a set position to reach for as you get in or out of the bath or steady yourself nearby.

At a glance

The grab bar has a 304 stainless steel interior and an antibacterial nylon outer grip. Its raised surface adds texture under the hand, while the luminous rings offer a visible reference in dim conditions. This combination is useful in a bathroom where hands may be wet and lighting can be lower at night.

At 30cm long, it provides a defined handhold without taking up the space of a longer rail. The stated weight capacity is up to 200kg. The bar weighs 0.46kg and has a polished finish, making it a practical addition to a range of bathroom interiors.

How it fits

Mount the bar to a wall with the supplied mounting screws, positioning it at a comfortable height for the person who will use it. The installation instructions describe marking the fixing points, drilling the holes and securing the base before moving the cover into place. Once installed, check that the connections are secure and carry out a load test before each use.

The fixed, screw-mounted design suits shoppers looking for a permanent handhold rather than a movable aid. If you are choosing between a plain rail and one with extra grip details, would a raised surface and glow-in-the-dark rings be useful in your bathroom? Here, those features support a more visible, tactile point to hold on to.

Best use cases

Place the bar beside a bath or shower to give users a reachable support point when stepping in or out, or near a toilet to assist with standing and sitting. It can also be installed in other suitable locations around the home, including a kitchen or stairway, where a fixed handhold is helpful. The product is intended for older people and others who may benefit from support with balance or mobility, including people with disabilities, pregnant women and children.

For example, a household could position it beside the shower entrance and set the height to suit the person using it. Its compact 30cm length makes it a straightforward choice when a defined grip point is needed rather than a longer rail spanning a wider area.

Final verdict

This ACWOO grab bar brings together a screw-mounted design, a textured nylon grip, a stainless steel core and luminous rings in a compact 30cm format. It is a practical choice for adding a visible, easy-to-reach handhold beside a bath, shower or toilet, and can also serve in other suitable areas of the home.
