Vicloon V-HMOX-120M-FBA 120 x 120 cm Grey Thick-Pile Rug

The thick pile gives this 120 x 120 cm rug a soft surface for a bedside or living-room spot, while its grey colour is easy to work into a room. Its square shape makes it more suited to a defined area than to covering a broad stretch of floor.

Vicloon describes it as an anti-slip rug, so it is intended for everyday use where a rug that stays put is useful. The listing also says it is machine washable, which may appeal if you want a rug that can be cleaned at home.

Would a compact, soft landing beside the bed or in a seating area suit your room better than a larger room-covering rug? The size and intended uses help answer that before you choose.

Key specifications

• Model: V-HMOX-120M-FBA

The synthetic-fibre construction and grey finish are the clearest practical details in the listing. There is no further information about the pile height, the rug’s backing or the washing instructions, so the anti-slip description and machine-washable label do not establish how it will perform on every floor or which wash settings to use. Follow any care guidance supplied with the rug.

Everyday use

A 120 x 120 cm square can define a small area without taking over the room. It could sit beside a bed as a soft place to step onto, or add a layer underfoot in a living-room corner. The thick-pile description points to a more cushioned feel than a flat, thin mat, while the neutral grey colour should sit comfortably with a range of room schemes.

The anti-slip feature is relevant on smooth floors, but the listing gives no detail about the backing or floor types. If keeping a rug securely in place is essential, that missing information matters, the label alone cannot tell you how much grip to expect in your particular room. You’ll like it if you want a compact, soft rug for a specific spot and value the stated option of machine washing. It might not be a great match if your aim is to cover a large section of floor, as this is a 120 x 120 cm rug rather than a room-sized covering.

Practical tips

Measure the space where you plan to use it and compare it with the stated 120 x 120 cm size, allowing for nearby furniture and doorways. That is especially useful for bedside placement, where a rug needs to fit the available floor area without obstructing movement. For a larger living-room zone, a bigger rug may be a better fit, this one makes more sense as a focused accent or underfoot area.

Before washing, use the care instructions supplied with the product. Although the listing calls it machine washable, it does not specify a temperature, cycle or drying method. The package dimensions and weight are listed, but they do not provide extra information about the rug’s thickness or finished feel.

Before you decide

What size is the rug? It measures 120 x 120 cm, giving it a square format for a defined area rather than broad floor coverage.

What is it made from? The listed material is synthetic fibre, the product name describes it as soft and thick pile.

Can it go in a washing machine? The listing describes it as machine washable, but does not provide specific washing settings. Use the care guidance supplied with the rug.

Is it worth it?

This Vicloon rug is worth considering if you need a small grey rug for a bedside or living-room spot and the stated machine-washable feature suits your routine. Its size, synthetic-fibre material and thick-pile description give a clear sense of its intended role, but the listing leaves the backing and care settings unspecified. Choose it for a defined patch of floor, for wider coverage or when detailed grip information is a priority, look for a rug with dimensions or construction details that better match those needs.
