RugVista Grid Rug 160 x 230 cm, Beige/Pink Medium-Pile Rug

For a living room reading corner or beside a bed, the RugVista Grid Rug adds a soft surface underfoot without taking over the room. Its beige and pink colour combination and modern rectangular shape give it a decorative role as well as a practical one.

At 160 x 230 cm, it is a medium-sized rug for indoor use. The listed materials are cotton, polyester and polypropylene, with a machine-made construction and medium pile.

Would this suit a home where comfort matters as much as the look of the floor? The details suggest it is aimed at everyday spaces where a softer, warmer feel is welcome.

What to know

The medium pile is the main point of difference from a thin, flat rug: it is intended to feel softer and add warmth underfoot. The product information also describes the fibres as stain resistant and says the rug is compatible with underfloor heating. These are useful details for a living room or bedroom, though they do not make it a washable rug.

Its beige and pink design should work best where you want a visible colour accent without choosing a strongly saturated shade. The rectangular 160 x 230 cm format can help define a seating area or sit alongside bedroom furniture, before choosing, consider how much floor you want to leave visible and where the furniture will sit. The rug weighs 7 kilograms, so it is a substantial floor covering rather than a small bedside accent.

A solid pick if you want a medium-pile indoor rug with a soft feel, a modern pattern and a warm neutral-and-pink palette. The listing also identifies it as Oeko-Tex 100 certified and suitable for allergy-sensitive households, that is a product claim, not a substitute for checking individual sensitivities.

Care & maintenance

The product name specifies dry cleaning only, so do not assume it can go into a washing machine. The care notes advise regular vacuuming on a low setting, following the direction of the pile. For spills, they recommend blotting promptly with a damp cloth and mild detergent rather than rubbing, and referring to the care label for full instructions. That distinction matters: routine upkeep is described, but the dry-clean-only wording should guide more thorough cleaning.

The stated stain resistance may be helpful for ordinary household use, but it is not a reason to leave spills untreated. If easy machine washing is a priority, you may want to skip it and choose a rug with care instructions that explicitly allow that method.

Everyday use

In a living room, the rug can mark out a reading nook or soften the area around seating. In a bedroom, it offers a warmer landing beside the bed, while its medium pile gives a more cushioned feel than a flat, low-profile option. The indoor-only specification means it is intended for rooms in the home, rather than patios or other outdoor settings.

The mix of cotton, polyester and polypropylene provides a different proposition from a natural-fibre rug: the listing emphasises stain resistance and ease of routine care, while the medium pile prioritises softness over the simplest, flattest surface. Its machine-made construction is also stated, so shoppers looking specifically for a handmade rug should compare construction details before deciding.

Final verdict

The RugVista Grid Rug is worth considering if the beige-and-pink design, medium pile and 160 x 230 cm size suit the room, and you are comfortable with dry-clean-only care. It brings a softer, warmer feel than a basic flat rug and is listed as compatible with underfloor heating. If your main requirement is a rug that can be machine washed, the care information points towards a different choice.
