RugVista Big Sur Rug, 140 x 200 cm, Terracotta/Navy, Medium Pile
Product description
The terracotta and navy colourway gives the RugVista Big Sur Rug a clear visual presence, while its 140 x 200 cm rectangular format suits a defined area in a living room, bedroom, dining room or office. Its medium pile adds a softer feel underfoot than a flat, low-pile style, and the machine-made construction makes it a practical choice for everyday indoor use.
Made in Turkey and labelled STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, it combines polypropylene and jute. It is also listed as suitable for underfloor heating, so it may suit a room where warmth comes from below.
Everyday use
This rug can help anchor a seating or dining area, or bring colour to an otherwise plain bedroom or office. Its medium pile offers more texture than a flatter rug, while the terracotta and navy tones give you a way to add colour without relying on a small accent piece. The rectangular shape and stated size are useful starting points when planning where it will sit, measure the intended floor area before choosing, especially if furniture needs to stand partly on the rug.
It is intended for indoor use, rather than as a rug for a patio or other outdoor space. The product information also says it is suitable for underfloor heating. You’ll like it if you want a modern, coloured rug with a medium pile for a room inside the home. It’s not for you if you need a rug specifically listed for outdoor use.
Pros
The useful distinction here is the combination of a medium pile and machine-made construction. It gives the room more texture than a simple flat floor covering, without the product being presented as a high-pile rug. The listed jute and polypropylene materials, Turkish manufacture and OEKO-TEX label help identify what you are buying rather than leaving the construction vague.
Care information gives a practical routine: vacuum regularly, deal with spills promptly using a damp cloth and neutral detergent, and rotate the rug periodically to help even out wear. Professional cleaning is also described as possible. The product name specifies dry clean only, however, so follow the care label supplied with the rug if it differs from general cleaning guidance.

Buying verdict
The Big Sur is worth considering if the size, medium pile and terracotta/navy palette fit your room. Its colour makes it a more deliberate choice than a plain, neutral floor covering, if you want something that blends quietly into the background, a simpler colour may suit better. The indoor-only designation is also a clear boundary when comparing it with rugs intended for outdoor settings. Choose it for an interior space where you want a defined patch of colour and texture, and use the supplied care instructions as the final word on cleaning.
