RugVista Linnea Kids Rug, Ø 150 cm Round Pink Medium-Pile Rug

For a child’s bedroom or play space, the RugVista Linnea adds a defined, colourful area on the floor. Its round shape and pink colour make it a distinct feature rather than a plain floor covering. Could it work as a comfortable spot for play and reading? The medium pile is intended to give the room a softer feel underfoot.

Everyday use

At Ø 150 cm, this indoor rug can sit beneath a small play area or beside a bed, bringing a circular patch of colour to the room. Its listed stain resistance may be useful around everyday family activity, but the care detail matters: this version is marked dry clean only. That makes it less straightforward to look after than a rug that can be put in a washing machine, especially where spills are a regular concern.

The product information describes a soft surface for playing and crawling, so it may suit a child who spends time on the floor. It is machine-made and knotted, with a medium pile. The listed weight is 4.5 kilograms. Those details help set expectations, though they do not establish how it will feel in a particular room or on a specific floor.

Benefits

The round format can help mark out a central play area without the sharper corners of a rectangular rug. That may be useful in a child’s bedroom where you want one clear zone for toys or floor play, while the pink colour adds a visible accent. It can also work in a living room if a smaller, defined area is more suitable than covering a larger section of floor.

The listed cotton, polyester and polypropylene blend combines natural and synthetic fibres. The manufacturer states that the rug meets STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, this is a relevant detail for shoppers considering textiles for a child’s room. The listing also describes the rug as stain resistant, but that should not be taken to mean it is machine washable: the care instruction for this model is dry cleaning. If simple home laundering is a priority, a washable rug is a more practical route, this one instead offers a round, medium-pile design with stain resistance listed.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want a pink, round rug to give a child’s room or indoor play space a softer, more defined area, and you are comfortable with dry-clean-only care. The Ø 150 cm size and medium pile are useful points to weigh against the room layout and how the floor is used. Better avoided if machine washing is essential for managing frequent spills, as the product details do not list this version as washable. Its appeal is the specific shape and look, rather than low-effort cleaning.
